Denna sol fyllde lägenheten är helt ny följande rekonstruktion efter superstorm Sandy. Vårt kök har nya skåp; Det är extremt plysch mattor i alla sovrum, laminatgolv i hall och kök, samt keramiska plattor i de två baden. När du anländer, är du välkommen att dra in uppfart och lasta dina tillhörigheter precis utanför entrén. En trappa upp och du har en härlig paus från den hektiska normen. Tre sovrum, två badrum, en äter i köket och ett stort däck med bord, stolar och lounger som möter havet möter dig och omedelbart ge dig en känsla av lugn. Dag eller natt du kan komma ut och ha kul eller bara sitta hemma och kyla. I själva verket vår centrala luft är perfekt för att hjälpa dig göra just det. Det finns också takfläktar i alla 3 sovrum samt vardagsrummet. Kan inte vänta med att tvätta salt och sand från huden? Vår utomhusdusch kommer vara till stor hjälp för att befria dig om allt detta. Vi har en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare, en diskmaskin, två HD / TV, en gasgrill, gott om lagringsutrymme och en valfri städning när du avgår. Vi känner att vi har lämnat något åt slumpen och kan försäkra er om en härlig levande upplevelse när du semester med oss.

Excellent location, very responsive owners

Very close to the beach, very clean apartment and quiet neighborhood. The deck outside was like having another room with the extra seating, table and grill. A little hard with having small children being on the second floor but the owners on the first floor were very accommodating and made it well worth it. Owners responded quickly to any of our questions. If we would stay at Ortley Beach again we would definitely stay here.

Adorable beach cottage feel, in a perfect location

What a wonderful place to stay! The location is ideal- 1/2 a block to the beach, and near many cafes and restaurants in Ortley Beach. We loved our stay. We could easily stroll into town for coffee, bagels, or donuts for a quick breakfast or spend a leisurely breakfast at Sunny Hunny’s diner which are all about a block away. In the evenings, we walked to mini golf, Barnacle Bills arcade, and ice cream. The unit is clean and spacious and adorably decorated which gives it a beach- cottage feel, and you feel like you are on vacation from the moment you walk in. We loved having a full kitchen and access to the grill. The owners were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope to stay there again!

Comfortable, spacious, close to the beach

I stayed at this property for two nights in mid-June with three other adults. I communicated with the host several times before we arrived via the Vrbo app. We all thought this was the perfect location for our gathering. The rental unit is on the second floor of a large home built after Hurricane Sandy so everything is new. We had plenty of space, and everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the deck, where we spent mornings and evenings. There is room for you to eat at an indoor table or at an outdoor one on the deck. The house is on a quiet street. The host, Linda, was very accommodating. She lent us beach chairs and beach umbrellas. We thought the outdoor shower was brilliant so we could keep the sand out of the indoor spaces. The house is a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The host supplied badges for free beach access. At the beach we saw about 2 dozen dolphins and several hunchback whales, which really made our stay at the Jersey shore special. I would stay there again. I have nothing but good thoughts about the place and our experience. We all agreed on this! Thank you, Linda, for being so welcoming.

Nice apartment, lacked a few things

Nice property, nicely decorated. Owner wished to walk us through the property, but we were delayed, and could not coordinate it. No door code, so door was left open. > No sheets on the bed, so we had to hunt for them. > Nice Keurig coffee maker, but no pods provided. > Upon check out, we wanted to run the dishwasher, but it would not start.

Wonderful place, peaceful location

I stayed here with my family and young toddler for a couple of nights. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was one block from the beach, and the host was super nice and accommodating. It was just the quiet getaway we were looking for, while still being close to the excitement of Seaside Heights.

Absolutely perfect!

We had the most amazing time at club Shanahan! The pictures do not do the space justice! Impeccably clean, spacious, and the outdoor terrace is HUGE! The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly but close to the seaside boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. Half a block from the beach!! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful - it really felt like we were staying at a friends beach house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A real treasure

Spacious, clean and inviting

Spacious, clean apartment and short walk to the beach. My family and I had fantastic stay. The neighborhood is safe and charming. We had our own private entrance in the back and private deck on the top floor, equipped with a grill. Linda and her family are gracious hosts, easy to communicate with. They really made our stay easy and fun. Would stay again, 100%.

Family Vacation

Wonderful stay in Ortley Beach! Linda and Rich and her family couldn't have been nicer. Very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Apartment is spacious and filled with everything that makes your stay comfortable. Outside deck is a definite bonus! Loved the location, it is quiet and walking distance to everything. Relaxing location for a beach vacation

Linda's home is in a great location. Short distance to all your needs. The home is very clean and comfortable. Linda has thought of everything to make your stay a pleasure. The short walk to the beach to enjoy the sun and sand is so convenient.

My husband and I have been married 50 years, retired, and have three grown children and two beautiful granddaughters. Our year round home is in Union, NJ where the kids all went to the public schools and then onto Rutgers University. Our daughters now own homes in Clark but the youngest still lives full time with us during the summer months as she is a server at a local restaurant. Our son's home is in Roselle Park. All of us love the Jersey Shore and spend as much time at the beach as jobs and responsibilities will allow. We love company and have made many memories of great times with friends and extended family at this house. The kids were only in high school and college when we bought, so there have been lots of parties, sleepovers, and celebrations to be had. Each season we look forward to lots more.
We are friendly and hospitable but not intrusive. We will do anything within reason to make your vacation a total success.This is your vacation, and if all you want is privacy and relaxation, that is exactly what you will get.

Varför värden valde detta boende

As a family vacation, we rented for better than 20 years in Lavallette, the beach town just north of Ortley Beach. We thought that Lavallette was the best. When buying, we didn't want to look anywhere else. Thank God, our realtor insisted we look at 19 Eighth Ave. Ortley Beach. We fell in love with the property and location. That summer we fell equally in love with the beach and the freedom it gave to the beach goers as opposed to the restrictions of Lavallette. You can eat on our beach (we even have local businesses that deliver lunch, snacks, drinks right up there), play ball, dig holes, fly kites and no one bothers you or your kids. Our house is right down the block from the beach, so your bathroom is close by. But clean, air-conditioned bathrooms are also located even closer on the boardwalk. Kids forget their favorite boogey board or need a little break? No problem. As we are beach block, there is no highway to cross and they can return home for whatever, and you can feel safe that all is well. There is little if any crime in the area. Bikes remain out in backyards, blankets, chairs, books, umbrellas are left on the beach while you go home for any reason. No problem. Seaside Heights is about a half mile south of us and offers restaurants, rides, arcades, a water park, pubs, etc. if you seek such excitement. Lavallette has great little shops for your shopping pleasure. Acme superstore is right down the road on Rt. 35 south. We pretty much have it all right here or close by.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We loved our original home with its free flowing floor plan and our sun filled sunroom that faced up to the beach. Now with a new architectural plan, we built an even bigger home with even more windows to allow the sun to warm our souls as well as our bodies. We raised the house to local specifications, and as a result, you can clearly see the ocean from the upstairs deck. Sunrise is an awesome sight! We now have a beautiful deck on both floors and are still left with a backyard for games and garden. Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay at the Club.
