We also provide early check-in and late check-out for a small fee. Please inform us in advance so that we can coordinate with our cleaning team.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire apartment is exclusively yours. We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable environment, allowing them to fully enjoy their stay and feel at home.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
In accordance with Malta Tourist Authority regulations, an environmental tax of âŹ1 per person, per day is charged to all guests. Please note that this amount includes a management fee.
ELEVATOR USE GUIDELINES:
Please note that the elevator can accommodate a maximum of 3 people at a time. Exceeding this limit may cause it to get stuck. Each person is allowed to carry one piece of luggage weighing up to 18 kg. If you have more luggage, please use the elevator in 2 or 3 separate trips. Any blockage or misuse of the elevator may result in additional fees.
If you require a baby cot or parking during your stay, we can arrange them for an additional charge of âŹ15. Kindly inform us in advance to ensure that we arrange before your arrival.
POOL INFO:
The pool is not located inside the building but is just a few minutes' walk from the property and requires a paid entry ticket for access.
Please note that we are not responsible for any construction works in the surrounding area, as they are carried out within legal working hours across Malta. Reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded due to such works.
An optional breakfast is served at a restaurant 50 meters away for an additional fee of 9 Euros. Kindly be aware that this service is provided off-property at the restaurant location, not within the listing itself.
