Chillax Beach Visit

Quiet, relaxing beach stay. First floor unit is the way to go for our family of four and everything we’re towing to the beach. I would stay at this unit again. Clean and had everything we needed. John at the front desk is a class act.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this condo, it is, I would say, a older condo, but it is well taken care of. The condo is on the ground floor, so it is nice being able to just walk out the deck to the pool. The pool area is really nice, with tables with unbrellas and many chairs around the pool. Location is great, with many restaurants just a short drive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, the pool was warm, and we were right on the beach.We were surprised to find out that there was a shared laundry area with fun operated washer and dryer. This was a challenge because it was hard to get coins with the "coin shortage".One negative was that we had booked two condos that were ocean front. The balconies looked out at the sand. That's why we picked them. But shortly after booking we got a call saying the owners had family staying there desk we were moved to the complete opposite corner of the complex. We did get a 10% discount after we asked.The other residents were nice and helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love sea coast property. The location, views, easy beach access and pool. It’s a quiet condo building which is a major bonus when you have a family. This was our first time staying in 107. The layout is excellent with the bathroom separated from the guest bedroom and a good size family room/kitchen. The cons of this specific unit were its level of fifth. It is by far the dirtiest rental I have ever stayed in. Examples: the bathtub had so much soap scum it was a slip n slide for our kids, the fans have layers of dirt, there was dust everywhere you looked. The unit felt extremely muggy the entire time as well even with the AC fan running to mobilize air. The mattresses are heavily broken down and the king bed is just two twins stuck together. Again, we love sea coast property and were disappointed with this experience. The condo property is in excellent condition, clean and everyone is so friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good. A few minor issues. We only had 1 key for the rental and the pool bands were not reusable. Once installed, you had to break them to remove them from your wrist and then management did not want to reissue replacements.

Family oriented, no drive beach is a must to me and Sea Coast is just a wonderful place to relax and rest my heart and soul. Clean, comfortable units, safe, friendly atmosphere, and small enough for that home feel, unlike the high rise condominiums. It is the only place I want to stay! Office staff is amazing as well! Professional, yet friendly and easy going. Cannot say enough about Sea Coast Condominiums! We had 2 visits this year!
