This condominium is part of the Sunrise community which offers two elevators, a swimming pool with large ocean front deck, gas grill, and shuffle board. The bulletin board often announces community activities such as pool aerobics and local "ladies luncheons." Walk just a couple minutes south for beach yoga or north for a newly built community park.
