One room holds a queen and a full bed, and the final room provides a Queen bed with an additional twin bed. All bedrooms are equipped with wall or window AC units for summer comfort.

Guests staying at this charming home have exclusive access to numerous amenities, including the private beaches at Long Pond and Greenland Pond.

The home is located in the coveted Beechwood Association, conveniently located to Captain's Golf Course, East Harwich Stop & Shop, and the beautiful Bay beaches of Brewster. A unique code will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting them access to the home. Free parking is available for up to 3-4 vehicles on the premises.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at our house, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $150, which covers 1 pet for the entire stay. The pet needs to be under 50 lbs. We kindly ask that all pets remain on a leash at all times.

Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
