Revel in fabulous panoramic pond views as you unwind in this pet friendly haven steps from Follins Pond. All manner of water crafting is welcome on the pond which leads to the Bass River and into the Nantucket Sound. Create lasting memories as you relax in the gazebo or cook on the outdoors grill. This cottage is centrally located to the best of Cape Cod's attractions. Pullout couch in Living Room, Linens included. Outdoor Shower.

Rent alone or with "sister" cottage located at 24 Follins Pond Road to accommodate family or friends.

3 night Minimum rental during the shoulder season, 7 Night (Friday to Friday) during the summer season.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

This property is very clean and has A/C, W/D, kitchen, gas grill, gazebo and a smart TV. It is right on Follins pond in Dennis. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream, the Cape Cod rail trail and beaches. It"s north of rte 6 which is quieter. Owners checked in on us and were attentive.
