Quiet and pretty, very serine!

Weekend Getaway

We loved the propety location. It wss nice to travel.with the dogs and the fenced yard made it easy to relax outside with them. IIt was a very comfortable home.

Relaxing

We all enjoyed our time at the house and the surrounding area. The hot tub was a bonus and I wish we had turned it on the moment we got there. it did take four days to heat up but we enjoyed It. Great spot for a quick get away

Great house lots of space the hot tub was fantastic. Would have been great for my dogs had I brought them. We enjoyed the fire pit and close proximity to the lake. The beach was a bit further but nice sand and swimming area. Great spot for a family get away!

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I (and our 2 dogs). The house was clean; the fenced backyard and hot tub are what sold us to book here. They were the perfect touch for a weekend away!

A home away from home

This is our second time renting here. We came with the whole family the first time, and the second time, just my husband and I with our dog. We just love the location, the quietness, and this cozy home. It has everything we need, and our dog Charlie feels right at home. He loves looking at all the deer. As a family, it was a great place to come together and unwind. We can not wait to come back.

cozy place for a weekend getaway

The house was great for a weekend getaway with some friends. Plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen so we could do some cooking, and a hot tub gave us everything we needed to enjoy some down time. Host was wonderful and even checked in to make sure everything was as expected!

Great weekend getaway!

The house was perfect for our family of four plus our dog. It had everything we needed. The dog loved the freedom of the fenced in yard and the people loved the hot tub. The living room was laid out perfectly for a game night! We will definitely book again!

Awesome house

Family Fun

Had a great stay. We had the perfect getaway with the children and grandchildren. There is a big dining room table where we had breakfast and dinner together Down the road we went tubing Are granddaughter watched the dear(Bambis) in the front yard with the biggest smile The TV was not turned on the entire time ! We will go back again Thank you

Lake Harmony Peaceful Getaway

What else can I say, it's my 3rd. stay in the cabin and the only thing I can say is that I love it and that it works perfectly for me since I have my dogs and the cabin meets all my expectations and needs for those days of relaxation and rest, it has everything a family needs to enjoy and rest, there is no doubt that I will return soon and the access and communication with the owners is excellent and on this occasion apart from seeing deer there were also 6 bears in the neighborhood, we recommend this place .

Kitchen Needs Attention

The kitchen cabinets were a mess. The coffee pot still had coffee grinds from the last guest in it. The pot holders were gross and needed washed. There were not any kitchen towels for drying dishes. The knives couldn't cut bread and the pots and pans were old and worn out. Also, the front exterior lights didn't work and it was difficult to find the correct light switches for the living areas.

Nice and quiet house for vacations away from any city and full of nature and many 🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌

Easy access to the house and plenty of space in the driveway for your cars, the house is fenced and for me it was very important to travel with my dogs they really enjoyed being in the back of the house. The house has all the essential tools to supply everything that is needed we use the grill and cook on the stove, the house has a big jacuzzy we didn't use it because it rained but it's big. There is plenty of water in the showers and plenty of space to relax, the deer welcomed us we were parking when they approached and that's how it was for the rest of our stay the house is cozy and exactly as the description.. we enjoy it…

Great stay in the Poconos

My group had a retreat here labor day weekend 2019. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is near beautiful Lake Harmony. There are great parks, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The house is a little dated, or rustic to say the least. However, beds and couches were all very comfortable. The hot tub was great. The backyard was very unkempt and it was almost impossible to use the fire pit. Even so, we had a great time.

Birthday weekend getaway

We had a great stay at this poconos cabin getaway. The house has a rustic feel and is thoughtfully stocked with all the supplies we needed. We made a big meal and we were pleasantly surprised that they even had things we don’t normally see in vacation spots - tin foil, new cookware, large serving plates, etc. The hot tub, fire pit, and fenced-in backyard were perfect for relaxing in and make a great space for the whole family. We were a little unsure because of a few earlier mixed reviews, but we found the house very clean and pleasant. It seems like if there were issues, they’ve been addressed. We loved our stay!!!! We’ll definitely be back!!!!

Pretty good

Stayed here with my family for 2 nights over spring break. The house was ok. Pros: Quiet, nice walkable area. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Fenced in backyard was a plus with a dog. Cons: There was a mildew odor throughout the house, the refrigerator made a loud dripping noise. Missing some kitchen basics like corkscrew, tongs. The backyard could use better seating and would have been nice to supply firewood.

Great location, spacious setup

Property location was perfect for skiing at Jack Frost/ Big Boulder. Unfortunately the hot tub was something we were looking forward to more than anything and it was mucky and unusable. Owner was very responsive and apologetic. A small portion (compared to our anticipation to use the hot tub) was reimbursed. 2 tips: 1. The house was also incredibly freezing upon arrival, plan to stay bundled for a few hours. And 2. BYO toaster oven if you like toast in the morning. Otherwise it was a nice stay in a great location.

Ugh

The house is not steps from the lake. The backyard was overgrown and not usable. Everything is dated. They are pinching the rental for every dime. The kitchen is old and outdated. Not at all like described. If you are deciding between this house and another house in the Poconos, pick the other house. We left early.

Terrible experience!

Do not stay! House was disgusting! Door was completely unlock and not secure when we arrived. Hair in tubs and bed. Floors dirty and stained. Mold in trash can. Left over trash from previous renters all over front yard And back. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Fan and ceiling fans covered in dust. Seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in months ! Backyard a mess so unkept. Dog feces everywhere hot tub couldn’t be used. Dirty and hair all in it. We spent most of our day and night elsewhere and contemplated leaving. House smelt moldy and musky we didn’t want to stay with our children. Absolutely ruined our weekend getaway for 30th birthday. I wish I could upload pictures of what the house looked like. Nothing like the pictures. It’s outdated but that totally is manageable if it was clean. Vacuum left in living area full of dust and good only knows what else. And master bathroom black mold around shower. Just completely gross and disappointing.

Perfect

Went for the weekend just the wife and I. Perfect for a nice time away. Woke up to a light dusting of snow with deer in the yard. Worm clean cozy inside with plenty of room , comfortable beds well stocked kitchen ,great TV and great hot tub outside We will return next time with the kids and grandchildren
