Otroligt fynd! Fredlig, privat två sovrum, 1 1/2 badrum, två våningar radhus med sällsynta två bilgarage ligger på en lugn gata mindre än en kvarter från historiska Gamla stan, Albuquerque BioPark, Tingley Beach och Bosque. Nära till domstolshus, centrum, UNM och områdesjukhus med enkel motorvägstillgång.

Casa Pearla är bara en promenad till sevärdheter i området och är ditt hem hemifrån. Utrymmet är ljust med stilfulla och bekväma möbler, ett mycket funktionellt kök, full tvättmaskin och torktumlare med strykjärn och strykbräda, ett halvt badrum i nedervåningen och ett fullstort privat och säkert tvåbilsgarage. Utanför finns en välkomnande innergård, grönskande sidogård och privat täckt rygg uteplats.

På övervåningen finns två privata sovrum (1 drottning och en fullstor säng) båda bekväma med lyxiga sängkläder, madrasser med skum, dubbla garderober och takfläktar. Det stora sovrummet har en fantastisk terrass med utsikt över baksidan. Det delade badrummet har en lång fåfänga med två handfat, ett badkar / duschkombo med nytt duschhuvud och ett stort takfönster som badar utrymmet i naturligt ljus. Underbara tvålar, schampon och fluffiga handdukar väntar och det finns en hårtork och föremål för första hjälpen också, bara för fall.

Förbättringar läggs till regelbundet. Kom tillbaka ofta!

Området är lugnt men ändå ett stenkast från den livliga gamla stan och det perfekta navet för att upptäcka attraktioner i området. Historic Old Town Plaza ligger en lugn promenad bort där du kan bläddra bland butiker, besöka och köpa smycken från indianersäljare, utforska tre olika museer, smutta på och sup i de många olika restaurangerna och utforska de nya attraktionerna i det angränsande SawMill-distriktet. Lowes livsmedelsbutik ligger mindre än en mil bort vid 12: e och Lomas. Också mindre än en mil bort ligger vår fantastiska Albuquerque Botanic Gardens and Aquarium, Tingley Beach för paddling och vår vackra Bosque. Gårdshus, centrum, UNM och sjukhus är mindre än 5 minuter bort. Motorvägen är nära och ger dig tillgång till nästan var som helst i Albuquerque inom 15 minuter eller enkel åtkomst till Santa Fe, spårvagnen och puebloserna i området och kasinon som gör Casa Pearla till ditt perfekta nav för arbete eller lek.

This home and the owner are one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed with. Home is very cozy and decorated really nice. Outdoor patio is a really nice bonus. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and had several helpful items waiting for us upon arrival. Communication was fantastic and fast. We will for sure stay here again.

Alyce’s place was terrific! The location was walkable to so many attractions and the home was so thoughtfully done and cozy. Even though it is close to some main streets it was also extremely quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as described. Check in/out process so super easy. Location for our particular trip was amazing. Within walking distance of everything. If we had to say anything for improvement it would be about cobwebs on lamps (I'm a big spider baby, and a few hairs on floor rugs in bathrooms.Would so come back and enjoy this lovely location again FOR SURE!Thank you to Alyce for the check in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. (1st time that has happened) 5 stars for you and your property.

Alyce was a prompt and kind communicator. She thoughtfully left chips salsa limes, margaritas and alovely card with a rose from the garden.Casa Pearla was wonderfully decoratored, with art and textiles. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were just right with plenty of linens for your exact comfort level. The temperature was conviently adjustable to suit our needs. Shower pressure was excellent (veryimportnat for the ladies).Cleanliness was top-notch. Linens and supplies were abundant. The couch and living room chairs were very comfortable and of higher quality. The outdoor living space was quaint and lush with an apple tree, lilacs, roses and ivy and soft outdoor lighting. Truly a garden oasis with three different seating areas and a fire pit. The location is easilyLocated to both major highways,Old Town and the airport.This was a wonderful place to stay and we will be returning again! Wonderful stay within a very short walk to Old Town, location was amazing! Great space, quiet and clean. Beds were comfy, good water pressure in shower. Kitchen was well equipped. Cozy living room space. Nice outdoor patio space. Great communication from host for check in and check out. Highly recommend High Noon for dinner, food was delicious and they have the BEST margaritas - freshly made, no yucky bottled mixes! Also, Church Street Cafe had an amazing breakfast, and I would think their dinner is fabulous as well. 10/10!

Wonderful home base - Just as described

We really enjoyed staying at Casa Pearla as our home base for exploring Albuquerque and taking a day trip to Santa Fe. Alyce is a terrific host. She is very organized and communicates all relevant information clearly and in a timely manner. She is truly committed to her guests having a comfortable and relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation with a great location

Home was extremely comfortable with lots of space to relax. The location could not have been better- walked many places. Alyce left detailed instructions at the start and end of stay. Breakfast cookies and coffee was a welcome sight. We would have spent more time enjoying the outdoor spaces but weather didn’t cooperate.loved being able to pull directly into garage with opener! Location location location!! Walking distance from old town. Minutes from highway and down the road from silver row (wholesale). It was clean and quiet. Felt safe. Darling decor and amazing host!! Had everything you needed. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great stay in ABQ

We stayed 21 days at Casa Pearla and had a Great time in ABQ. Casa Pearla is as described on the VRBO site. The house was very clean and had nice towels in the master bath. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking including many spices. It is very close to Old Town and many of the restaurants. The beds were very comfortable with foam mattress and nice sheets. This is a very nice place to stay in ABQ and we will return for another visit.

Great home

Nice home close to many things we wanted to see and do. The garage is a really nice feature. An abandoned restaurant and a car wash across the street were disappointing but once inside it was another world. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet considering how close Central Ave is.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Pearla. The house was comfy and cozy. Everything was clean and comfortable. Alyce provided everything we needed. The location was great, in walking distance to Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet. Definitely a great place to stay!

Interesting Albuquerque

Lovely, perfect-sized condo with beautiful interior and exterior. Alyce has a flair for design and is a welcoming host, supplying treats and necessary supplies. The location is perfect, but be aware that there is traffic nearby that generally calms later in the evening.

Fantastic Casita Near Old Town

We’ve just returned from our second extended stay at Casa Pearla and we can’t recommend this house or our host any more highly. The unit is delightfully and tastefully furnished with Southwestern artwork, the kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking gear you may need and the beds are super comfortable and cozy! Our host Alyce was exceptionally responsive, to boot. Well be back!

Great Casa!

Great place to stay in Albuquerque. We enjoyed every aspect of this clean and wonderful place. Do remember it's two story, so that could be a problem for some. If we are coming back to Albuquerque, we will definitely be checking with Alyce

Great experience at Casa Pearla

Location….location…..location! You can not get any closer to Old Town & Route 66 than this! We enjoyed the easy accessibility to all of the restaurants and shops nearby and it was convenient for traveling in and around Albuquerque Alyce was a wonderful host and worked hard to ensure our stay was perfect.

I'm Alyce, a NM Native and I've lived in Albuquerque since the early 80's. I'm a semi-retired real estate broker and I enjoy doing interiors, landscaping, reading technical, nerdy stuff and making art and music.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I LOVE this property. I bought it in March 2018 from a sweet little old guy who just wanted to get back to Oklahoma. It was in good shape but had very little personality so I set out looking for little treasures that would make it feel homey and reflect the area. I reconfigured the landscaping, put in a watering system, rebricked the patio, bought new appliances, took down some heavy drapes, redid countertops, added refrigerated air, painted the garage and retiled the bathrooms and kitchen. I've loved every minute of it. I feel like I have the good bones down and will be adding even more improvements from time to time. I named this property after my dear mother, Pearl, who passed away March, 2017. She would definiitely approve.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Besides location, a great thing about Casa Pearla is the 2 car garage!! This is a rare perk for a vacation rental and is a definite plus that you can store gear and park your car in a secured space overnight rather than on the street in an unfamiliar city.

Another perk Casa Pearla has that a lot of other rentals do not is the air conditioning. In NM, because our air is so dry, we typically use swamp coolers which cools using water soaked pads. Wherever you want the house cool, you need to crack open a window which to me would a scary thing to have to do staying in a strange city. Also with swamp coolers you don't have the option of heating the house while cooling so if we have a cold snap there is no heat and you freeze, or vice versa, hot days, no cool. SO...I made a major capital improvement investment and installed REFRIGERATED AIR. Now, guests can be comfortable year round no matter the weather. Believe me, it's a thing.
