Lake Las Vegas Semester komma undan. Tjugo minuter från Las Vegas Strip. Njut av Lake Access till kajakpaddling, paddla boarding, båtliv. Säsongens mataffär ligger 5 minuters promenad från denna vackra lägenhet. Restauranger, vinbar och glass för dina smaklökar. Lake Las Vegas är en Master Planned Resort gemenskap som ligger några minuter från Las Vegas Strip med en 320 tunnland sjö med över 20 miles av strandlinjen. Två golfbanor; En privat Jack Nicklaus kurs ligger på South Shore är för medlemmar och 18-håls Reflection Bay golfbana om den ligger på North Shore och är också en Jack Nicklaus-designad kurs.

Förutom shopping på Lake Las Vegas är distriktet i närliggande Green Valley en 10 minuters bilresa från sjön, liksom Galleria Mall. Naturligtvis finns spel på Fiesta, Sunset Station och Green Valley Ranch Casino. Alla tre kasinon ligger inom 14 minuter från sjön. Biografer med lyxiga stolar finns på Sunset Station.

För naturälskare och vandring hittar du flera Rails till Trails vandringar i närheten. Spektakulär utsikt över Lake Mead på Historic Railroad Vandringsled tar dig genom flera tunnlar längs Lake Mead hela vägen till Hoover Dam. Den spektakulära Red Rocks ligger 35 minuter bort och ger över 21 vandringsleder i Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Vattenfall, unika planteliv och ökengrönsaker ger intressanta och vackra platser längs spåren.

För skidåkare och snowboarder ligger Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort vid Mount Charleston och en timme från Lake Las Vegas.

Quiet and Cozy

Great place to stay. Good location to the shops in the square. The place was clean and was nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Beautiful, quiet and clean

This place was great. The VRBO check in was easy and the place was very comfortable and nice. There were a few minor items that needed repair as noted by another reviewer mentioned- I’d just want the owner to be aware so they can have them fixed- (to holder, towel rack, curtains, but it was honestly an non issue for us) The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own food and there were enough restaurants to choose from too.

Great place and area

As others have said, the condo a nice place with a beautiful view and great location. Solid walls, clean. Be aware that this corner unit and nice balconies comes with a long hall walk from lobby. Its a great area for those who want to be in the Vegas area without the loud party atmosphere and stench of the strip.

Amazing Location

My husband and I spent a week here and the location was perfect. The area is beautiful with so many great restaurants within walking distance. A quick Uber ride will get you anywhere you want to go!

Nice place at Lake Las Vegas

Great place. It's in Henderson which is about 20 mins from the strip. The lake is nice and they surrounding community has little shops and stores and restaurants. Nice place to get away from all the Vegas activity.

Amazing Condo!

We had an absolute amazing stay at this condo! The onsite amenities were a bonus. Italian restaurant, Irish Pub, Gelato and baked goods, and a Bistro. And they are all in walking distance.The walk from the front doors of the building to the condo is well worth it for the views! It is quiet and private. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious. Love the built in nightlights (optional to turn on) in the bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, shampoo & conditioner in both bathrooms was a plus.Air conditioning works great! Check in process was quick and easy. And I cannot say enough about the prompt communication from the management of this property. You are promptly provided with check in and check out process. Entry codes. And if you have questions, they are promptly answered.Do not hesitate to book your stay!

Great golf location

If you want to stay someplace close to numerous golf courses this is it. The Village is nice because of the numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the grocery store. The only thing you can't do in the Village is gamble. It's close to hiking and bike trails too.

Golf Outing

Property was excellent. Comfortable and picturesque view. Parking was good but also bad. 5 levels of parking, but poor “short” walk to unit; past a “closed” poorly lit Casino. Getting food was driving to a grocery vs a mini grocery which we never actually found.

Awesome property

Everything about the property and our stay was wonderful. Pretty condo, amazing views of Lake Las Vegas, quiet and easy communication with the owners. As a bonus, there is a good sized village with shops and restaurants within a one minute walk from the residence. We would definitely stay here again!

The Village

It’s a well laid out condo and just upstairs from several restaurants (the condo building is within The Village) so very convenient, yet not noisy at night. A very relaxing environment. My only complaint would be there is no laundry within the condo, only a building laundry room. We were there more than two weeks so needed to launder bedding and towels (no extras were supplied) along with our personal items. Seems like they could provide additional linens and towels for occupants that stay longer. Otherwise, they were very pleasant and accommodating. Would love to visit again!

Great stay

Had to make last minute trip for family emergency. Lake Las Vegas condo was perfect location to commute back and forth as well as decompress and de-stress. Condo was clean and neat, codes to access were in working order. View was perfect from both patios.

lovely lake Las Vegas

I took a short mini vacation with my son and daughter in law. We were amazed. And will definitely go back. The village is stepping into Italy and we enjoyed great food in 3 different places. All with their own unique charm. But out penthouse was positively the best. We enjoyed staying there most of the time with a great view of the lake and the villages. The unit was spotless and beds very comfortable. With great showers and AC was perfect. Most needed with 110 temps. I have already recommended to others and hope to return.

Perfect View

The condo had a very large balcony overlooking the mountains, lake and entire property surrounding the area. We were participating in a dragon boat race, so the condo was perfectly situated. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were huge, and the living area was more than accommodating for the three of us who stayed here and two friends who visited us. We would definitely stay in this particular unit again, especially if we compete in the race next year. I communicated with Raymond who was very prompt with providing information. There isn't a manned front desk, but we really didn't have any issues that required help. The resort area has just about everything you'd need. Everyone followed the HOA rules as well. Our unit was very quiet no matter the time of day.

Excellent location, beautiful views, from amazing terraces.

Overall, we loved this place. It was a really nice and different way to enjoy Vegas beyond the Strip. The hosts were great, and very communicative. The only drawbacks we had was, the washer/dryer were broken, and we hadn’t been informed of such prior to our arrival, so we hadn’t packed enough clothes to get us through the week. There is a laundry room on site, but it wasn’t as ideal of course as having a private one. The other thing was just that small things throughout the unit need fixing/updating. Use the toilet paper? Plop. Off the wall it comes. Bath towel? Towel rack immediately collapses as soon as you touch it. Same goes for the light switch, and it’s corresponding trim plate. It was almost as though the place was set decorated to be a movie set. I was afraid to touch anything else! Like I said, small things, but at $300/night, and clearly the cleaning crew knows about this stuff, since they have to precariously set it up every time… Overall a great place to stay though. The management just needs to send in a handyman or two to get things back to top notch.
