Vårt radhus på 1800 kvadratmeter har höga ytbehandlingar och lövträ i hela.

Befälhavaren svit och andra sovrum och badrum finns på andra våningen. Båda har kungssängar. Mästaren har utsikt över Columbia River och andra sovrummet har dörren till uteplats med grill. Båda sovrummen är mattor. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns på denna våning.

På tredje våningen finns det välfyllda kök, matsal, vardagsrum, halvt badrum, det tredje sovrummet och däck med sittplatser.

Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Sovrummet har en 42 "platt-TV med spelkonsol. Glasväggen (med persienner) kan öppnas eller stängas beroende på användning.

Köket har en gasbredd i en centrumö med tre barstolar. Det finns gott om förvaring i Neil Kelly-skåpet.

Matbordet har plats för sex.

Vardagsrummet har en 17 fotig glasvägg som öppnar sig till däck med fantastisk utsikt över Columbia River, downtown Hood River, Mt. Adams och Washington. Det finns en 51 '1080p platt-TV.

800 SQFT garage har utrymme att packa upp alla dina fritidsleksaker. Två standardbilar passar inuti parkerad tandem och det finns gott om gatuparkering. Det finns ett bordtennisbord i garaget.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Check-in was easy. There is a two car garage (tandem) which was great for parking and unpacking. This is a tall property with lots of stairs. The kitchen has nice appliances and is well stocked with good quality dishware and utensils. Comfortable living and dining area with a fantastic view of downtown and Columbia River! Bedrooms are comfortable. Bathrooms are ok. Location is perfect and is walking distance to all that Hood River has to offer!

The townhouse is conveniently located, so you can walk downtown. The view from the balcony is wonderful. We look forward to staying here again.

Great house within walking distance of everything.

We loved having family dinners looking over the river, and the garage was amazing for so many water toys. House has a lot of stairs—great for getting exercise!

Beautiful place but many rules on check out

The space was lovely & we really enjoyed our time. However the check out process too is HOURS as we are expected to wash ALL towels, linens, bedding & take away all trash to the street (oh and asked to sort the cans & bottles so their son could make money). Personally don’t understand why we are paying a cleaning fee & sending hours on chores on vacation. Never had experienced that on a rental.

Hood river with gorgeous view

Great location- close to restaurants, coffee, pubs and shops. Amazing view! Comfortable beds. Awesome kitchen and deck. Lots of stairs if guests have mobility issues- but great leg work out for this group. Thanks for allowing dogs.:)

Gorge views

The property was as advertised and just what we were looking for. Views of the gorge and WA hills from the primary bedroom and the top floor. Great location. Enough space to have some room to spread out. Great kitchen to practice some new recipes.

Stylish Stay

Just completed our stay in this stylish space. It's so well-designed, in fact, that we treated it with appreciative care. Parking the car then walking to all the groovy HR offerings was easy. And we like easy. Timely VRBO notifications were helpful. They really don't leave you hanging re details like address & door codes.

A Perfect Spot

We chose Hood River as the meeting spot to join friends from Washington. It was a great set-up for two couples, each having a nice bedroom. We dine out on our get togethers, and the city offers nicer dinner choices, a couple great breakfast spots and several terrific pubs overlooking the Columbia. A great time was had by all!

Terrific location!

Nice space. Very uneven AC among the 3 floors. Stocked well with appliances, although some didn’t function well. Lacked adequate supplies of toilet paper and paper towels. No dishwasher soap there at all. Gorgeous view of River and beyond.

New Year's Weekend with Friends

After the past two years of Covid and spending limited time with friends we decided to meet up in Hood River with friends for the holiday weekend. The condo was as listed, the view beautiful, and the location perfect for hanging out in Hood River for a long weekend. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will book again some summer to come back when the happenings in town are at their height! Great spot!!

Great location/property-could use thorough cleaning

We enjoyed this property and location. Garage was ample space even for a 4 runner with a Thule box on top. View was amazing. Turn to get into parking lot was icy and could have used some salt. We seemed to have everything we needed, my only warning is for those who are looking for a very clean place to stay this wasn’t it. The stove and oven were very dirty, as was the fridge (which had someone’s old leftovers in it) and freezer. It seemed like things were wiped clean minimally but not cleaned if that makes sense. If that doesn’t bother you, otherwise a great place!

We live in Portland and both sell residential real estate for a living. We self manage two rental properties and this vacation home. We met at Lewis & Clark College in Portland and have a nine year old son. We have a dog and your well behaved canine is welcome as well.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had some specific criteria when looking for our vacation home: it was close enough to Portland that it wouldn't be an event getting there, it was close enough to shops and restaurants that we wouldn't need a car when we arrived, and that it had good access everything the Columbia River Gorge has to offer. This does all of that and more.

We are confident you'll love it as much as we do.

There's not a lot of property in the Hood River core in general and even less with this level of quality. We love the clean lines and finishes. You can't get the quality of view anywhere else this close to shops and restaurants.

The massive garage is unique to the complex allows unpacking (and drying out) all that recreational gear.
