Stugan ligger vid vattnet och har en underbar utsikt över Keuka sjön. Det har renoverats med ett uppdaterat badrum, sängkläder, mattor, fönster, däckmöbler, knutiga träväggar och tak, apparater och mycket mer. De franska dörrarna i vardagsrummet öppnar mot en innesluten veranda där gästerna kan njuta av en vacker solnedgång.

Parkering kan rymma fordon med båtvagnar. Ta med din båt och använd 4000 £. båtlift som rymmer en båt från 16 till 22. Om du inte har leksaker, tillhandahålls en badflotta och en kanot med en inbyggd iskista för din njutning.

Lucky Catch is literally on the lake. It is fully stocked with anything you would need for your stay. We had the opportunity to meet Jean, the owner, who come to water the flowers. She went out of her way to retrieve fishing poles from a neighbor for us to use. The cabin is quite small and the shower is rather tight if you are a big person.I highly recommend this for a couple looking for a quiet romantic getaway.Note to Premier Properties, the property manager, the pans were put in the pantry uncleaned. you should instruct the cleaning service to check all the cooking utensils, pots & pans to be sure they are clean.

Quaint old school lake house. Lots of charm, right on the lake, the deck at night with a fire going was about as good as it gets!

This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes. The view from this house is amazing. We didn't get to see any sunsets because it was cloudy all 4 days we were there, but you can't get a much better view! The steps that lead down to the house are not for the faint of heart, but again it was worth it for the view! I definately wouldn't recommend this house for people on the larger size. The bedroom is very tight & the shower is extremely small. We didn't really use any of the kitchen items except the coffee pot & fridge, but it looked like it was stocked adequately. Check in/out was seamless and the house was very clean. Overall, a great house with an amazing view. There were kayaks & a canoe available for use, but we were out & about exploring each day until after 6 PM so we didn't get to take advantage of them.

Cute, comfortable little cottage

This cottage is RIGHT ON the water. It was perfect for a couple's getaway. The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed sitting in the sun porch with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The docks and deck were nice for fishing and for just sitting to enjoy the lake. And because the cottage is about 35 steps down from the road it was VERY quiet. My only complaint is with the management company and the fees. The listing said that linens and towels were included, but we were charged a linen service fee. And on top of that was the processing fee, reservation fee, non-refundable damage insurance fee, the cleaning fee and pet fee. So the advertised price/night is VERY misleading. With taxes it ended up being almost double. This was a last minute getaway so we did it, but I'm not sure I would say that this cute little cottage was worth that much. I emailed the management company regarding the linen fee and some maintenance items that needed attention, and did not get a reply from them.
