Finca Refugio is in walking distance to Sa Pobla, a medium-size village in the North of Mallorca. Sa Pobla has a very good infra-structure with easy access to the beaches and villages of the North coast and also to the capital Palma. This makes the house an ideal starting point to discover the island. Cyclists will find a series of demanding routes starting at their doorstep.

The surroundings of Sa Pobla are known for its wide fields, where the produce for almost all the island is grown. The village itself has a nice centre with traditional cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities. It keeps busy all year. The distance to Pollensa is approximately 15 minutes by car, the fine beach Playa de Muro is only about 10 km away. Puerto Alcudia which offers a nice variety of sports and sparetime activities is about 13 km driving distance.



Finca Refugio is furnished to very high standards. It offers a comfortable lounge with kitchen and open access to the bedroom with shower en-suite. Air-conditioning hot/cold throughout, which makes the house a comfortable home all year.



Finca Refugio offers an outdoor area which fullfills all needs. It offers splendid views of the tramuntana mountain range and the surrounding countryside. There is a porch at the house with dining table and sofas, a pool deck with chill-out area and sunloungers, shaded from the sun by a large sail and a BBQ. The pool includes a Jacuzzi area. The infrared sauna is in a small, separate building. An exterior staircase leads up to its rooftop sundeck with views of the countryside and fitness equipment. There is an outdoor soundsystem to complete the amenities of this house. From November until April there is also a heated Jacuzzi available.


Children are welcome, one cot and a high chair are available for free on request.
Small dogs are allowed on request (max. 5 kilos, extra charge 15,00 €/day)
