Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful cabin in a great location!! Needed some maintenance and cleaning. We weren’t able to use the Jacuzzi tub or the dish washer, towels they provided were a dingy. All area rugs needed replaced or cleaned. We made the best of it and did enjoy our stay.

Great Family Reunion Location

We were able to rent 3 cabins on the same road, each with enough space for us to get together for large family meals. Knotty & Nice is a wonderful house; beautifully finished, very clean, comfortable beds, great entertainment options downstairs (pool table, foosball, arcade game, theater room and sauna, with a hot tub on the deck). We loved the house. The resort staff were great at communicating with us at every step.

Everyone slept great, they had plenty of room to hang out, cooking in the kitchen was very easy (functional), laundry nightly for uniforms and tons of entertainment inside the house for the boys between the arcade, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, fuusball (sp?) table, and movie theatre. Would highly recommend for large family (or team).

Reviewer Comments: My family continues our Thanksgiving Tradition of spending Thanksgiving in a beautiful mountain cabin, awesome food and most importantly good family time. We have appreciated the Elk Springs staff and cabins which have added to a week we look forward to where we can escape the pressures of day to day life. Our time allows us to focus on the importance of our family relaitionships and it teaches that lesson to our grandchildren at an early age.

However, when we arrived there was a dirty towel hanging over the bathroom door like someone used it to clean and there was still food in the cabinets, which wasn’t a huge deal but coming in I didn’t expect that. The dishwasher wasn’t working but maintenance came super fast to fix it before it was time for us to check off the last thing needed for check out. Overall we had a great time, and the cabin was lovely. I would definitely stay again

I could not think of anything that we could have needed that it didn't have. I took my Amazon fire stick and was able to hook it up in the theater room. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. It was easy to find and had enough parking for two vehicles, we had three and made it work. If you want to book this cabin, you better hurry. I might be about to book it again.
