Villa Sa Rocca Junior & Suite is a beautiful 3-story holiday home consisting of a 2-story cottage and an additional suite with a separate entrance on the 2nd floor. Both flats combined can accommodate a total of 13 people, making it the perfect place for 2-3 families. The villa is located in Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with separate entrances and separate outdoor areas. In the first flat, that spreads across the first two floors, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, an open living area with a sofa bed, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and one single bed), 2 bathrooms as well as a laundry room. The suite on the 2nd floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious balcony. The entire villa is characterized by large windows that boast a magnificent panoramic view and is stylishly decorated with high-quality furniture for luxurious holidays! After only 200 m or 3 minutes on foot, you will find a supermarket and some restaurants while the sandy beach of Chia Sa Colonia is 2.5 km or 6 minutes away by car. The sandy beach of Su Giudeu Beach is 7 minutes away by car (or 4.1 km) and the center of Pula, with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés is a 22-minute drive (or 19 km) from the villa.
