Great property !!!! We had family reunion with many ( only 6 adults at house though there was room for more) 2 pools so lots of play area for kids and adults and outdoor space for get together Cute carriage house Perfect location for beach access and had plenty of parkingShort walking distance to restaurants shops everything. Would definitely do again and recommend highly !

This property was clean and beautifully decorated. The proximity to both the beach and town could not have been more ideal. The walkover was right next to the house. The pool was a perfect size for our group and ideal for little grandchildren. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our third year to stay at YOLO Cottage and Carriage House, which indicates how much our family enjoys it. There’s plenty of space for the ten of us (seven adults, three kids under 10) to visit comfortably together, but also have areas to separate, relax and decompress. The pool and hot tub are a great plus, the beach is close and we LOVE the option to have chairs and umbrellas set up for us every day. (The grandkids especially like the bonfire option to roast hot dogs and make S’mores.It’s a quick walk from the house to the private beach, shops and wonderful restaurants. Food delivery services are abundant, from both restaurants and grocery stores.Customer service has been easy to reach and they are quick to respond. On our latest visit, one grandchild had a tummy issue, and within an hour, fresh linens were delivered to the house. Five stars all around.

We loved everything about the Yolo Cottage. The house and carriage house were just perfect for our family. The host, Kelly, was quick to respond when we had an issue with the air conditioner, sending a technician promptly to fix the problem. The outside area was clean and neat and the pool was super nice. Probably the best thing about Yolo is the proximity to the beach. For anyone staying at this property in the future, be assured that it only takes a few minutes to get to the water. We will definitely be staying here again!
