The Park Villa offers exclusive five-star holiday apartments, about 200 metres from Lake Constance, on a 2000mÂČ park site in a fabulous location in the Schlössle-Park. Park Villa was newly built in a Tuscan style and is surrounded by enormous trees.
The apartments with 75 to 220mÂČ of living space have one, two or three bedrooms. They are newly furnished with a Mediterranean flair. The âLa Mansardaâ apartment for a maximum of three people is right at the top surrounded by treetops. It provides 85mÂČ of living space and a 25mÂČ balcony. It has two bedrooms, a living room with an open living and dining room and kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a bath and a separate, walk-in rainforest shower with underfloor heating. Wi-Fi and DSL in every room. Two flatscreen TVs, including a Loewe HD TV with Internet radio.
All the apartments have large balconies or terraces, partially roofed, with a wonderful view of the park or the lake. There is a sauna in the main house. Access to Lake Constance is just 200 metres away. This apartmentâs 25mÂČ balcony facing south-west offers a view of the park and lake and has chic garden furniture with a lounger, a big table and chairs.
Some guest bicycles, a boat and rowing boat are available. Only dogs are allowed as pets.
It is about 250 metres to the beach, 400 metres to the Edeka supermarket, 300 metres to the boat pier and restaurants.
