We offer exclusive four-star apartments in the Park-Villa, about 200 metres from Lake Constance and the main house on a 2000m² park site in a fabulous location in the Schlössle-Park. Our Park-Villa was newly built in a Tuscan style, surrounded by enormous trees. The location is quiet right by the park, with a Zen garden and Kneipp pool right nearby. All the apartments have big balconies or terraces, in some cases roofed, with a wonderful view of the park or lake.

The apartments range from 75m² to 220m² with one, two or three bedrooms. They are newly furnished with a Mediterranean flair. This La Bella apartment is for two people, facing south and with a view of the lake. It provides 75m² of living space, comprising a separate living room with a bio fireplace, a little tea kitchen with a Nespresso bar, Wi-Fi and DSL in every room, two flat-screen TVs (of which one Loewe HD TV with Internet radio). The bedroom has an adjoining spacious bathroom with a bath and a separate walk-in rainforest shower with underfloor heating.
