The detached villa offers breathtaking panoramic views from the east to the west coast. It is situated in a favoured, quiet location (cul-de-sac), not far from public transport and the beach. This property is a gem for those who want to enjoy fantastic views, tranquillity, sun and privacy, but do not want to miss out on the nearby beaches and attractions.
SWISS QUALITY MEETS SPANISH HOSPITALITY:
All beds, pillows and door handles are sanitised after each stay using hygienic Dry Microfine Steam (DMS), eliminating almost all viruses, microbes and bacteria.
The villa has been continuously renovated and is divided into two levels: Entrance area with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large living area with sitting area and dining table. The new modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, extractor fan and oven leaves nothing to be desired. A staircase from the living area leads to the lower level. There are two further bedrooms with direct access to the garden terrace, a bathroom, a utility area with fridge, washing machine and washing line. All bathrooms, the kitchen and 3 bedrooms have been completely renovated. Also all windows including roller shutters and the pool area with swimming pool and shower. WLAN, flatscreen satellite TV (with German channels), DVD player and a Playstation 3 are available free of charge. You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from all rooms. The house has two hot water tanks and a solar heating system.
The detached villa also has a private pool (9m x 4m, renovated in 2020 with steps) surrounded by a large terrace with barbecue, a balcony, a large garden terrace, a private garden with palm trees, flowering plants and a lawn and a private car park directly in front of the house. The balcony and terrace offer seating for over ten people. The pool area is very spacious and offers sun all day long. There are sun loungers, parasols, table and chairs and an outdoor shower. And all this with a fantastic view over the entire coastal region.
This is a non-smoking property. Groups of young people are not permitted. A car is recommended.
Malága Airport is 15 km from the villa. Golf courses, Tivoli, Selwo Marina and many other attractions are in the immediate vicinity.
