This flat is located in a classic building in the heart of Madrid, just a five-minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the Puerta del Sol bus stop. The most important museums can also be reached in just a few minutes. These include the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofia Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.

The balcony can be accessed from the living room. From here you have a view of the street.

You will live in a modern 60m² flat that can accommodate up to five people. From the fourth floor you can also enjoy an interesting view. Unfortunately there is no lift in the building. The windows in each of the rooms provide enough light. The colours are bright and warm, creating a very cosy atmosphere. From the hallway you enter directly into the living and dining room. Make yourself comfortable on the three-seater sofa. There is a wooden dining table and a TV cabinet with LCD screen and DVD player. There are two bedrooms at your disposal. The first bedroom has a French bed (1,60m x 1,90m) and the other bedroom has a bunk bed (0,90m x 1,90m). The sofa bed in the living room can sleep two people. A modern bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (2 ring cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and much more), which is directly connected to the living room, complete the offer.

You will be staying in the famous Plaza de Santa Ana, in the heart of Madrid. Although you are surrounded by the main metro stations, you don't necessarily have to use them: many attractions are just a few minutes' walk away. These include museums such as the Reina Sofia, the Prado, Thyssen), but also tourist magnets such as the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace or the Gran Via, Madrid's Broadway with numerous theatres and cinemas.
