This 4th floor luxury apartment (served with lift) is finished to the highest standards and includes everything you need to make your vacation in Malta a special one. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes away by walk from the promenade of Marsascala where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants, a park for the kids, gelateria, pharmacy, bank, stationary and convenient food store etc.
The apartment is spacious and has an area of over 120 square metres giving you ample comfortable space for you and your family. Layout is in the form of an open plan kitchen/ living with air condition leading onto a front terrace including outdoor furniture, BBQ and enjoying Mediterranean sea views.
