These two holiday apartments are in a quiet residential area in the town of Novi Vinodolski on the sunny Croatian Adriatic coast in the Kvarner Bay region, providing a convenient starting point for experiencing the long beaches along the coast and Croatian hospitality. Two enclosed holiday apartments for a total of 10 people, with a panoramic view over Kvarner Bay from the private sunny balconies, in an enclosed holiday house with a grill area in the shared, green garden
The 110m² holiday apartment on the first floor of the residential house comprises a living and dining room, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 67m² holiday apartment on the second floor has a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house built in 1998 has three floors with a total of three apartments. The two holiday apartments are on the first and second floors, while the owner uses the ground-floor apartment. The holiday apartments can only be booked together as a unit and are therefore ideal for a group of friends or families of up to ten people. They each have their own separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. The apartments were completely renovated in 2008 and are equipped accordingly for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cooling and heating).
Both apartments benefit from a private sunny balcony furnished with a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy an extensive panoramic sea view over Kvarner Bay. The outdoor area, which you share with the owner, has a lushly green, enclosed garden, with a traditional stone grill inviting you to spend long evenings outdoors under a starry sky. If you arrive by car then there is a secure parking space available on the enclosed site right in front of the house. The owner downstairs is happy to assist with any queries. The apartments are only about 150 metres from the beach with crystal clear water, where you can also find the nearest cafés and restaurants. The nearest shopping facilities are only about 30 metres away. It is about 800 metres to the centre of the town of Novi Vinodolski with its historical sights, colourful markets and a good range of gastronomy.
The living rooms each have a comfortable sofa, a digital flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a USB port, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with chairs. The kitchens provide a four-zone electric hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The three bedrooms on the first floor each have a double bed measuring 180 x 210cm. Of the two bedrooms in the apartment on the second floor, one has a double bed measuring 180 x 210cm and the other has two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. All the bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The lightly tiled bathrooms (two on the first floor and one on the second floor) each have a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. During your stay you can use a washing machine and dryer. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and you can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartments free of charge.
