If you would like to spend your holiday by the sea, then this is the right place for you. In Lucica on the island of Vir you can find everything you need on holiday – summer, sun and crystal clear water. The apartment accessed via outdoor stairs was set up and furnished recently in 2013 and is on the upper floor of the holiday house. It is just 100 metres from the beach and you can enjoy a view of the sea and the island of Pag.

If you go up the stairs, then you step onto the shared terrace belonging to the apartment and the house, which has garden furniture. Down by the house there is also a shared grill area with a sitting area in the shady pergola with grape vines. There is a big terrace with garden furniture, a hammock, loungers and a parasol and there is an outdoor shower that you can use. You can park your car on the closed-off site.

The 25m² tastefully decorated attic apartment has a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (140cm wide) for two adults and a smaller sofa (120cm wide) for a child. Opposite there is the fully-equipped kitchen unit with two cooking rings, a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and sink. To the right of it there is an adjoining dining space with a table and chairs. There is also a lovely TV corner with satellite TV and radio. The modern bathroom has a window and provides a WC and a shower. Of course the apartment also has air conditioning.
