The house is in a romantic and quiet location on a slope, near Split (15km).
A veranda invites you to relax. Two bicycles, a table tennis table and darts are available for use. A barbecue is also available. During the summer months, usually from end of April until end of October, the permanently installed pool with a size of 8 x 4 meters and 1.5 meters depth invites the guests to have fun and relax. In addition, there is a massage nozzle in the pool with which you can massage your back by pressing a button for ideal relaxation.
The single-family house made of natural stone is well taken care of and was recently renovated. The house has a big living and dining room on the ground floor, with a sofa corner and a TV. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen on this floor, with a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, along with a dining corner. The ground floor also has a separate WC. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1,80m x 2,00m) each with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower and WC. All the bedrooms, as well as the living and dining room, have air conditioning. On the basement floor you can find a third bedroom, a second bathroom, a small kitchen and a separate entrée with a terrace. The basement floor was renovated in 2014.
It is an ideal starting point for long hikes, mountain climbs in the Mosor mountains, and mountain biking. It is only 10km to the pebbled or sandy beach. Popular trips destinations nearby are boat tours and rafting on the Cetina River near Omis, about 10km away.
The owner lives on the site in a granny flat and speaks German fluently. He is happy to offer a sample of his homemade wine and spirits as a welcome drink.
