Villa is located on the island of Čiovo, of the city of Trogir connected by a bridge. Villa has it's own heated swimming pool with a temperature of 29-30 degrees. It is devided by two apartments, but can't be rented separately so it would be ideal for two families comming together or for a big group of people. Also, very good offer for a retirees and cyclists. In both you will find a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, terrace. There is also barbecue area. This is villa for a vacation during all year. Max occupancy is 8 adults (children are up to 10 years old)

Summer break

Our family enjoyed 10 days at the villa and it was exactly what we’d hoped for. Kids loved the pool and it was a very short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place for the whole family

Place has all you need for a relaxing family vacation. Especially the covered pool is a big plus, when traveling outside the hot season. Thanks Tamara to make our stay so easy and for being so attendive to all our needs and questios.

Great Break in the sun

A lovely property, ideal for one or two families to share. Located a short walk from the beach with beautiful clear sea to swim in. Beach bar is a 5 minute walk down the beach and there are plenty of activities in Slatine centre, along with the ferry stop, which is a 20 minute walk. Great pool.

Anniversary to Remember

Our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary will always be a treasured memory thanks to Tamara. She was always quick to respond to messages and provided exact directions to the house. Tamara warmly greeted us, and suggested places to grocery shop, visit, and eat. Each suggestion was "spot on." The house and pool were beautiful and suited our family needs. We shall miss it all, including Obi the love bug!

Très belle maison et super hôte.

We stayed 8 days, 6 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. The house is perfect, very clean, very pleasant, with all the necessary equipment for a good holiday. In addition, the covered and heated swimming pool is a delight for everyone. TAMARA is a very kind host, available and very attentive to these tenants. She welcomed us very well and adapted to our poor knowledge of foreign languages. We were even received with a Croatian specialty gift and left with a souvenir gift from this stay. A big thank you to her, on behalf of the whole family. I highly recommend this rental.

Ciovo Villa with fabulous pool.

What a wonderful week we have just enjoyed at this villa. Where to start! Thank you to Tamara for offering such a fabulous property for rental. We loved every minute. Divided into an upstairs apartment and two downstairs apartments, the house also boasts a fantastic outside living area which runs along outside the downstairs apartment – sofas, flat screen TV, dining table/chairs and fully equipped kitchen. The perfect place to congregate – in fact, we spent a great deal of time in that area and used that kitchen fully. The pool is gorgeous – well maintained and heated. The cover works really well and, when shut at night, becomes part of the outside living space (underwater lights for evening swims!). The apartments themselves are well furnished and nicely laid out, and then the upstairs balcony makes a super place for a morning coffee. The property is toward the end of a quiet coastal road so many opportunities to pull up and drop in the sea for a dip. The house itself is then just a minute from that coast road so a very short walk down to the sea. We would note that the lead up to the house is single car width with a couple of right angle turns between houses, so people carrier length cars take care. We very much enjoyed Ciovo island too. Slatine is quiet, with a couple of sea-side bars and a couple of excellent restaurants. We found that perfect. Trogir is just a fifteen minute drive back along the coast road – easy to park and fabulous place to visit (and have dinner)

Pure Erholung!!!

Diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen . In wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto ist man auch schon in der wunderschönen Altstadt trogir. Es ist unfassbar sauber und wirklich gepflegt . Und sonst ist alles dort sehr gehoben . Und das absolute Highlight ist der riesige Pool . Ein Traum . Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tadelloser Sauberkeit. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und für Fragen immer erreichbar.

Gerne wieder!!

Von der Buchung über den Check In und den Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise lief seitens unserer Vermieterin alles perfekt! Wir waren zu fünft und wurden sehr warmherzig von Tamara empfangen. Schon im Vorfeld nannte sie mir einen Kontakt, welcher uns vom Flughafen abholte und auf den Tipp von Tamara hin noch mit uns zum Lidl einkaufen fuhr. Danke noch mal dafür! :-) Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Sauber und bot alles, was man brauchte. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, aber nach 3-5 Minuten Fußweg war man auch schon direkt am Wasser. Pool und Meer sind der Traum! Einen ganz kleinen Minuspunkt vergeben wir für die Entfernung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Zur Fähre oder zum Bus benötigten wir rund 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Bei 30 Grad macht man das nicht öfter am Tag. ;-) Es geht ein Bus nach Trogir (ca. 20 Minuten), was sehr zu empfehlen ist und wo man nach Split umsteigen kann (weitere 50 Minuten ca.) Die Fähre fuhr leider nur 3x täglich, zu nicht all zu günstigen Zeiten (Nebensaison). Aber benötigt nach Trogir, als auch nach Split lediglich 30 Minuten. Aber auch dazu (Beförderung, Ausglugstipps usw.) hat sich Tamara sehr ins Zeug gelegt. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihr melden und erhielten zeitnah Antwort. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft und auch Tamara jederzeit weiter und kommen selbst bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Eine gelungener Urlaub!

Wir wurden von Tamara herzlich empfangen und konnten immer Fragen stellen! Das Haus liegt am schönsten Strandabschnitt (wenige Besucher und kleine Steine). Es bietet alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist wirklich groß, beheizt und abends toll beleuchtet! Vielen lieben Dank ☺️

Lyxigt hus, allt fanns. Lite bökig väg att ta sig dit med bil. Bra AC. Jättetrevlig värd som hjälpte till med allt man behövde. Högsts betyg på detta hus.

vacances de rêves....

magnifique villa fonctionnelle, bien située, au calme où l'on a séjourné à 4 adultes et 6 enfants. la propriétaire, Tamara, très disponible et attentionnée nous a accueilli comme des rois la plage a deux pas est superbe et très propre, différentes activités sont proposées à quelques minutes en voiture, nous y avons fait du jet ski et nous avons loués un bateau à la journée à un prix très raisonnable je recommande vivement cette villa et ses propriétaires qui sont tous deux au top
