Wonderful townhome: We had a great stay. Beautiful location, extremely well maintained, looked like it had been remodeled. Nothing but great things to say about this location and townhome.

Great property. The beds were super comfortable after a long day of hiking and fishing. Thanks for providing all the fans and charging stations for our electronics. We enjoyed the stay.

Overall this property is a lovely space in a quiet and beautiful community. The view of the golf course and mountains was so picturesque! The home was spacious and accommodated our group of adults and kids comfortably, including the garage access to store bikes and equipment. A couple things to note- there isn’t air conditioning in Mammoth and while the property had efficient fans, the windows and slider doors were difficult to open and close. There was one broken shelf in the fridge (minor) and a bed upstairs has a broken frame that requires replacement to allow two people to sleep. Otherwise this property is well maintained and stocked with plenty of amenities.

Acceptable, Not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, decent appliances except for dishwasher, beds comfortable. Trip hazard leading to front door, most blinds not fully working, no fans, master BR toilet door hits the toilet. Decent, quiet location, but needs to have these ussues fixed for this price.

This condo is in a great location but there were a few things that we thought fell short for an excellent stay. There is no a/c or ceiling fans and the windows and blinds were mostly inoperable so it was quite hot in June. We also arrived (in June) with Christmas decorations still out. Not horrible, but not great!
