Mycket önskvärda söder Las Olas Isle minuter till havet! Ljusa, glada, inbjudande, obefläckade, uppdaterad! Du kan inte låta bli att känna sig riktigt hemma så snart du promenera i. Ek, granit, GAS kök. Huge vardagsrum med 8 "gas spis, franska dörrar till poolen. 25 fot täckt uteplats och master balkong. Alla bad - fönster och granit. Asfalt cirkulär enhet. Great place with excellent location

Just spent the christmas/new year holidays at Lance and Danielles house together with my family. The house was perfect with it's three bedrooms/bathrooms and cozy backyard. Everything well organized by Lance with no problems at all. You'll find anything you need in the house, from wifi to laundry room. The location between the beach and downtown is excellent, walking distance both day and night. The neighborhood was very quiet and the backyard with it's heated pool and canal dock is just simply perfect! We loved our stay soo much, we didn't want to leave after 12 nights, which is the best possible appraisal from us!

Luxury WATERFRONT Estate!

Great property! Location was great, everything is either walking, or a short Uber ride. We didn't mind doing the 15min walk to the beach (52 year old men). I've stayed at 3 of Lances properties so far all top notch. Cant wait to go again.

Great Property. Great Location. Great Service.

Riviera Isles showed our family a great time over the holiday! This property is located just minutes from Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale Beach, both easily accessible by golf cart (which you can rent along with the house). If you've never been to the area, Las Olas offers great shopping, tons of amazing restaurants and lots of great nightlife...all while enjoying the New River as well as Fort Lauderdale Beach. The house was very comfortable for our family of six, with room to spare. The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor space was great! We were able to enjoy the pool for a couple of days before the weather turned unseasonably cold. When it was cold and dreary, we were really able to enjoy the house, spending family time together watching movies in the family room and playing games at the dining table. Our stay was over Christmas and we were pleased to see a Christmas tree and other holiday decor upon our arrival. It really made us feel at home. The owners were great to deal with. Anything we needed, they were on top of. All-in-all, it was a fabulous trip! Give Riviera Isles a chance. You won't regret it!

Second Thanksgiving here

My family spent Thanksgiving week here again this year and had a wonderful time. The pool is warm so the kids could swim even when the weather wasn’t great. I recommend it!

Beautiful Home and Perfect Location

We loved staying at this home! It was beautiful inside and clean and welcoming. It was in the perfect location and worked perfectly for our group. There was something for everyone to do, we loved being able to paddle board in the canals, hang at the pool, and also be so close to the beach. The backyard was so peaceful and such a great place to hang out. Lance was so great to work with, and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

This house is close to everything in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was super clean and the first thing i encountered upon check in was how good it smelled! The owners left me a handwritten welcome note and 2 bottles of wine which really made me feel welcomed. The vrooms we spacious and the backyard was beautiful and sat right at the waterfront where we can seat large boats docking up. This backyard was amazing for pictures and i highly recommend this property.

Guys trip 2022

This house could not be in a better location. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed and then some. We had a fantastic experience from check in to check out. We were greeted when we arrived and shown everything about the house and golf cart (rented separately) . Communication with the owners was always prompt. We had issues with cancelled flights home and they were able to assist us with arranging to stay an additional nigh at the house, even offering to let us stay at another rental unit they have if it was necessary. Over all experience was 5+ stars.

Great Vacation Spot at Las Olas

Our group had an amazing time at this location, with a short walk to Las Olas Beach and quick Uber to Las Olas Boulevard. The home was beyond cozy with a perfect pool to enjoy during the day. Great local recommendations provided and enough accommodations for your travel. Definitely recommend this location to any big group planning a trip to Fort Lauderdale. Las Olas is the Place to Be

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed this house for the week which was exactly as shown in the pictures. Short walk to the Fort Lauderdale beach and close enough to the main strip of Las Olas where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping to enjoy. The food recommendations were perfect and Louie Bossis was our favorite. The kids rarely left the pool while us parents enjoyed entertaining ourselves on the back patio each night. We will be back to enjoy it again soon. The owner was quick to respond to texts and messages, which was really helpful! He’s very kind.

A wonderful kid friendly paradise

We had an amazing week at this property. The weather was good the first and last day of our visit but the heated pool gave the kids a great place to spend their days even if temperatures weren’t perfect. Per my title, there were pool toys and other things that made having children here very easy. Lance was a great host. I’d suggest getting the golf cart to make travels to and from the beach a fun adventure as well.

Great location

Great location in the Fort Lauderdale area. Walk to the beach or short Uber ride. There is a spiral staircase to get to the 4th bedroom with bunk beds that was a bit difficult to get our large suitcase up but otherwise nice size bedroom and bathrooms.

Back home visit

The house was in an ideal location to walk to the beach or take a quick uber downtown or to las Olas. I grew up hanging at friends houses in the very neighborhood that the house is located. It was like being back home. The house was clean and had everything needed for a weekend stay. The pool was great and the patio is perfect for getting out of the sun

Perfect

A big group of cousins spent the weekend here at this home. Leo gave us a warm welcome and introduced us into this great home. We enjoyed the pool and scenery in the backyard more than anything. Good location in walking distance to the beach as well as bars and restaurants. We ll keep this house in mind next time the family gets together again we really enjoyed it .

Top Notch Host & House!

I had booked this VRBO planning a small bachelorette trip for 8 girls. This house WORKED! With all the bed and bathrooms, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and a bathroom to easily accommodate this many girls. The pool area was so much fun with outdoor speakers, grills, and mini fridge. The master bedroom had a beautiful balcony that we hungout on every night! They host has a wet bar and closet where you can purchase small items if you forgot them or booze, it was the cutest touch for travelers that came across so many state lines. Lastly, Lance out did himself. He was never hard to get ahold of and went above and beyond to help me track a package I had shipped to the house before our stay, he even went to the post office forme! Even though the package arrived after we had left he is still helping ship it back for me. Lance, thank you a million. Your family home is delightful and I will keep it saved for my next trip back to Ft. Lauderdale. Only con: I could not get the dishwash to work and there were no soap or sponges to handwash dishes. I felt bad leaving dishes before that were dirty but I didn't have time to go to the store for those times.

This Home is BEAUTIFUL! The pictures don’t describe how amazing it is. ❤️

This home is BEAUTIFUL. The check-in and check out process was as easy as can be. Access to the intercostal and the beach, local eating was perfect. Every detail was thought of for our stay, down to qtips. I felt the love of this beautiful home as if I was staying with Family. We will be back again. We created some of the best family memories on our trip. We loved this home as if it were our own. Thank you for sharing it with us.

My family moved to Fort Lauderdale 12 years ago from Atlanta and we have rented all around South Florida since 2007. We chose Los Olas because it’s beautiful beaches and high end lifestyle on las olas blvd. You will be walking distance to the beaches and downtown shops, bars and night clubs and only a 12min uber ride from the airport.
