Fantastic stay with a fantastic host! Great communication, easy check in, property is exactly as pictured. Close to stores and shops and easy to walk or bike to Heavenly village. Private beach is a very short walk away. This was our second stay here and we will be back!

The Lakeland Village was perfect for our honeymoon. It gave us access to pools and the private beach whenever we needed it. We enjoyed the South Lake Tahoe area in general and felt really safe in this community.

We enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness, and quiet environment at your Lake Tahoe Studio. We especially liked the fireplace which was warm enough and did not need to use the AC/heater at all. It was close to stores, restaurants etc. We took the ferry ride at Zephyr Cove and enjoyed the interesting history of Lake Tahoe. We also wanted to visit where we got married 35 years ago and the lodge where we stayed and Rojo's where we ate then.We wanted to do so much more but maybe we can visit again another time. The studio condo was exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. The property is in a great South Lake Tahoe location close to everything (shopping, restaurants, Stateline). There is 2 pools/hot tubs and a private beach.

Nice Property -

Lakeland Village was so close to our wedding venue and convenient to restaurants, the CVS and other amenities. We will definitely try to rent from you again...Our only complaint was that the apt above you must have a wooden floor and so early in the morning we would hear the neighbors walking with their shoes and waking us up. It is noisy when the rest of the property was asleep. What can be done? Not sure...Other than that it was a very nice stay and we thank you.Rosa

The unit was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed all the amenamenities in the unit. The location is ideal, short walks and drives to everything. Very easy check-in. The only con to this unit is low ceilings, and you can hear the walking and running of the neighbors which was disturbing. Other than that I would definitely visit this property again .

Great location and lovely space

Great location in South Lake Tahoe, nice studio condo, very convenient garage and first floor access. I stayed with my son, and my two grandchildren, ages 11 and 14 visited us for a few nice dinners. The fireplace is lovely, the bedding was comfortable, and the full kitchen made it really easy for us to store food and cook meals.

Great little place in South Lake Tahoe

This is my second time staying here and it was just as perfect as my first time a few years back. The location is walking distance from numerous different eateries and beautiful walks along the lake. Other than taking Ubers on NYE night we never had to drive. My truck stayed parked for 3 days in the same spot. Mark checked in when we got here to make sure everything was ok which was a nice touch and everything was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

We had a great weekend! A very nice apartment with access to a beautiful stretch of beach. We also loved the hot tub. Very uncrowded and good location for nearby hikes and strolls.

“Fall” in love with South Lake Tahoe

It was our first trip to South Lake Tahoe and Lakeland Village. The condominium we rented exceeded our expectations, and the owner Mark was did an excellent job communicating with us from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Condominium was well stocked with all everyday essentials.

South Lake Tahoe

Super clean five minutes walk through the complex to get to the lake . Wear they have gas fire pits that turn on with a switch. Close to everything. The condo is very clean and put together the owner is obviously picky about the maintenance of the place. Very quiet as well.
