Du kan hyra vår vackert renoverade studio lägenhet i Lakeland Village Beach och Mountain Resort i South Lake Tahoe på en bråkdel av den vanliga hotellet kostar.

Detta är en deluxe studio, som är fullt ombyggd med en inbyggd termostat styrd eldstad och alla tillbehör du kan önska. Den innehåller en fullständig pentry, full storlek kylskåp, diskmaskin, smoothtop intervall, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, brödrost, 42 tums TV ovanför spisen, badrum / dusch och en stor, skuggad Lanai.

Denna enhet har en lugn och privat Lanai med utsikt mot träd och townhomes. Enheten är belägen i de viktigaste lodge på 1: a våningen, med enkel tillgång till tvättstugan.

Anläggningen är idealiskt beläget på sjön, och nära till allt. En kort promenad ner till stranden tar dig till den populära "Tahoe Queen" färja kryssning, restauranger, gallerier, barer och butiker. Du kan också hyra kajaker och andra objekt precis vid Resort på stranden.

Lakeland Village Resort ligger på 19 tunnland på sjön, och är frodig med tallar och breda stränder. Det finns 3 pooler, 2 bubbelpooler, torr bastu, gym, tennisbanor, gropar eld vid sjön, en brygga, ett klubbhus, och mycket mer.

The Lakeland Village was perfect for our honeymoon. It gave us access to pools and the private beach whenever we needed it. We enjoyed the South Lake Tahoe area in general and felt really safe in this community.

The studio condo was exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. The property is in a great South Lake Tahoe location close to everything (shopping, restaurants, Stateline). There is 2 pools/hot tubs and a private beach.

We enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness, and quiet environment at your Lake Tahoe Studio. We especially liked the fireplace which was warm enough and did not need to use the AC/heater at all. It was close to stores, restaurants etc. We took the ferry ride at Zephyr Cove and enjoyed the interesting history of Lake Tahoe. We also wanted to visit where we got married 35 years ago and the lodge where we stayed and Rojo's where we ate then.We wanted to do so much more but maybe we can visit again another time. Nice spot for a weekend getaway

We had a great weekend! A very nice apartment with access to a beautiful stretch of beach. We also loved the hot tub. Very uncrowded and good location for nearby hikes and strolls.

Nice Property -

Lakeland Village was so close to our wedding venue and convenient to restaurants, the CVS and other amenities. We will definitely try to rent from you again...Our only complaint was that the apt above you must have a wooden floor and so early in the morning we would hear the neighbors walking with their shoes and waking us up. It is noisy when the rest of the property was asleep. What can be done? Not sure...Other than that it was a very nice stay and we thank you.Rosa

Great location and lovely space

Great location in South Lake Tahoe, nice studio condo, very convenient garage and first floor access. I stayed with my son, and my two grandchildren, ages 11 and 14 visited us for a few nice dinners. The fireplace is lovely, the bedding was comfortable, and the full kitchen made it really easy for us to store food and cook meals.

The unit was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed all the amenamenities in the unit. The location is ideal, short walks and drives to everything. Very easy check-in. The only con to this unit is low ceilings, and you can hear the walking and running of the neighbors which was disturbing. Other than that I would definitely visit this property again .

Great little place in South Lake Tahoe

This is my second time staying here and it was just as perfect as my first time a few years back. The location is walking distance from numerous different eateries and beautiful walks along the lake. Other than taking Ubers on NYE night we never had to drive. My truck stayed parked for 3 days in the same spot. Mark checked in when we got here to make sure everything was ok which was a nice touch and everything was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

“Fall” in love with South Lake Tahoe

It was our first trip to South Lake Tahoe and Lakeland Village. The condominium we rented exceeded our expectations, and the owner Mark was did an excellent job communicating with us from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Condominium was well stocked with all everyday essentials.

Great Anniversary Stay

Very clean and great location! Conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We didn't use the beach as it was rather crowded but that wasn't our main reason for visiting Lake Tahoe. The weather was unusually warm for Tahoe but the A/C unit had no problem keeping the space comfortable. Cupboards were well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

South Lake Tahoe

Super clean five minutes walk through the complex to get to the lake . Wear they have gas fire pits that turn on with a switch. Close to everything. The condo is very clean and put together the owner is obviously picky about the maintenance of the place. Very quiet as well.

Economic getaway in good location

We enjoyed staying here. It was quick access to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. If there were any knocks it would be the bed is just ok and the coffee makers sucks but that’s it. Still 5-stars given the pricing.

Great location in South Lake Tahoe

The property was very close to the Safeway, restaurants, shopping, and casino. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach area and neighborhood pool/jacuzzi. The fire pits were great in the evening by the pool! It was also a huge bonus to have free parking with the parking pass since parking seems to be a premium around town. The unit was exactly as described and very clean.
