Newly renovated holiday apartments with a balcony, in a quiet location near the beach and not far from the centre and the Roman amphitheatre
This house with its three holiday apartments is in a quiet area, just 100 metres from the beach and 800 metres from the town centre with its famous Roman amphitheatre.
The apartments are on the second floor. They were completely renovated in 2014 and have new interiors. Each apartment has an air conditioning unit, a TV, a dishwasher and wireless, high-spped Internet access free of charge. A cot is available for toddlers.
Each apartment also has a little furnished balcony, which invites you to relax after an exciting day. There are parking spaces in front of the house.
A vacation is also recommendable for the months of April and May, especially for older people, as the temperatures are very pleasant.
You can find a tennis court, a bar and a restaurant near the house. There is a grocery shop 100 metres away. Active and sporty guests can go jogging in the nearby forest. You can walk to the beach.
The 65m² apartment can accommodate six people. It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The living room also has a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The kitchen comprises a dining space with a table and six chairs.
