The house is about 100 m and has a large living room, master bedroom, another bedroom with two beds and another living room with a double sofa bed that communicates with a large and modern kitchen, where you can sleep another or two people. A complete bathroom and a toilet, as well as a teak terrace (ideal for smoking x ej) overlooking a large courtyard that makes q the house is bright and quiet completely even being in the centre of Madrid.it has central heating, air conditioning, lift, private wifi, stereo, 3 TV, DVD, computer and printer. Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, juice squeezer, iron, hairdryer, and all kinds of kitchen and household utensils, as well as daily rubbish collection and parking in front of the house.It is next to the metro and the bus station of Avenida de America, with 4 metro lines, also very close to the metro of Diego de Leon, with metro and buses to the airport (10 minutes) and a wide variety of buses to the centre of Madrid, as well as to the cities of the northwest of Spain. 10 minutes from Chamartin and Atocha train station.
