Beautiful home exactly as pictured. Well stocked with anything you could need. Backyard is very private surrounded by tall palm trees Quiet neighborhood with lots of shops nearby. Heidi, the property manager was very helpful. She greeted us and gave us some neighborhood tips. Would highly recommend this property

Great vacation

We loved our vacation at house Verena. We already rented several other houses in Cape Coral but house Verena was the best we ever had. Especially the location in the middle of the town close to Veterans Parkway is perfect. We will definitely come back!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit 3 Personen für 12 Tage dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vorab und beim Check-in mit Heidi war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, Lage und Ausstattung super! Der Pool natürlich ein Traum! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und sagen herzlich Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Amazing Stay!

This house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and accommodating. We really enjoyed the pool and grilling outside. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, Heidi, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this house!

A spacious and clean home

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this house. It’s been clean and comfortable. The pool area is spacious and a nice place to grill and dine outside. It’s convenient to many restaurants and a short ride to Ft Myers. We love this house

Tolles Haus, großer Pool, Geschäfte, Restaurants Golfplatz in der Nähe

Hatten sehr schöne Woche dort, gute Einweisung, insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, Handtücher und einige Lebensmittel vorhanden, großer amerikanischer Kühlschrank, passte sofort. Und wer unbedingt einen TV braucht, der ist auch neu und groß. Achtung, wir hatten einen Pickup, der passte nicht in die Garage, ist aber auch egal denn die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Der vorhandene Grill ist ein Turbogerät, innerhalb weniger Minuten 350°C. Publix, Target und Aldi in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Übrigens Rinder-Grillfleisch vom Aldi wesentlich besser als in Deutschland, ein Genuß. Wer Golf spielen möchte, findet in 4 Minuten Entfernung den Palmetto course. Buchung übers Internet einfach und war sogar billiger als im Netz.

Wonderful Villa for vacation

We spent 3 weeks in this villa, very clean, cozy ,well equipped house. Pool was big enough with comfortable water temperature for the end of fall. Well-maintained and spacious lanai .Definitely we would like to rent this villa again. Owner and property manager were easily accessible.

Great house and great price.

One of the few vrbo houses that aren’t greedy and great quality. Everything you’d need or want is provided and house was exceptionally clean. The property manager Heidi, is a treasure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Traumpfingstferien

Wir waren wie schon einmal in den baden-württembergischen Pfingstferien nach Florida gekommen. Im Haus haben wir uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern sofort wohlgefühlt und haben die Zeit intensiv genossen. Geräte sind alle in sehr gutem Zustand und das Haus hat sehr viele Steckdosen. Alles sauber und aufgeräumt, sehr zuverlässige A/C und auch die Sache mit der Post klappte dort hervorragend. Gärtner und Poolpflege kommen jede Woche. Eine sehr angenehme und ruhige Gegend, und das mit tollen Nachbarn. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
