Great!

Our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay. Great location in the village just outside of Telluride. We loved taking the free gondola ride from the village to Telluride. The house was clean, comfortable and had all the cooking and grilling equipment and utensils we needed. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Property-Highly recommend

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful home in Telluride with our family of 2 adults and 2 children in Ski season. The location in mountain village was absolutely perfect-a short drive to ski resort and downtown. The home itself was beautiful with updated/modern decor, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen.The communication from owner was excellent with clear instructions for check-in and helpful local recommendations.Overall, this Telluride home exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a prime location and a beautiful spacious mountain home.

Wonderful mountain home

We all enjoyed our stay here very much! The home is beautiful and spacious. The office allowed some to work, while the others played. The separate quarters were perfect, allowing privacy when needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very Nice Lodging, Great Location

Highly recommend. Beautiful views, unit has everything you could want. Unique but enjoyable layout, hot tub was great.Communication with owner was easy and great.Dial a ride makes everything a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Cabin

The cabin was beautiful and perfectly described in the listing. Our family of 4 spent the weekend after new year in the home. My wife and I used the main bedroom with a king bed, my daughter used the bedroom with the 2 twin beds and our son used the guest house. The home is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. The dial a ride service is very convenient especially when it’s snowing.

Mountain Creek Lodge

This was our third time to stay at this beautiful property! We love it because it is cozy and well maintained and Allison and Duncan are so easy to communicate with. This is the first trip we have stayed here that was not during the winter and what a great experience. Every evening we would sit on the back porch and watch the mule deer and elk drink out of the creek. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Telluride Mountain Village 2024

Lovely, quaint home in Mountain Village. Very clean, quiet, large driveway. Property Mgmt very helpful. Only issue was a long flight of stairs to get to main issue which was not included in the description. A bit difficult to get everything in and out if house. Would visit again, positive experience.

Excellent Experience

We could not of been happier. Everything was explained and provided. The home is beautiful and the surroundings are incredible. We came to Telluride for the music festival and the house was a peaceful place to start and end each day. The dial a ride and gondola made travel easy. We highly recommend this place.

Private Oasis

We had such a nice time on our trip to telluride. The home was so cozy and in a great location in the trees. The dial a ride service was so easy to use and the gondola ride into telluride was fun and a geat way to see more of the area. We all fell in love with their log cabin home and cant wait to come back.

Great secluded location with a beautiful view orientation

Overall very good, But probably best for a family where there is flexibility as to bedroom configurations. For three couples, which is what we had, it leaves some much better situated than others. Owners/hosts are very attentive and responsive, which is greatly appreciated.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay. Host was extremely prompt and thorough in communication/responses. Check in was a breeze and the owner included both an electronic and paper manual with instructions. The unit was beautiful as pictured. The DAR shuttle was very convenient and typically 10 minutes away (though longer as we got closer to the weekend on a powder day). The place was well equipped with humidifiers, space heaters, and even extra items you might need in the kitchen if cooking meals. Only downside was one of the twin beds tilted to one side so we had to "shim" some extra sheets under the mattress to help level it out. The washing machine also had a slight mildewy smell. Not a big deal for ski clothes, but I wouldn't recommend using for normal clothes. Overall, Duncan was a great host and we would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Mountain House

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. The Property Manager was an excellent contact for questions and anything that needed attention. We will stay here the next time we come to Telluride.

Great location

Close to Telluride and central to the San Juan's. Quiet location and a very nice place with all the amenities that you might need. The property manager was responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Magnificent mountain home

My husband, sons, and I loved staying here. The setting and views are spectacular and the house is gorgeous, with beautiful and comfortable furniture and bedding. Large windows and sliders let in the mountain views but the house still feels warm and cozy because of the warm wood finishes and the way it's furnished. Well-stocked kitchen, great showers and hot tub, detailed house information, and excellent communication with the owners (who addressed an initial problem with the garage-door openers immediately), and an ideal location (5 minute-drive from the Mountain Village center and about 12 minutes into town). Ideal place to stay in Telluride.

Telluride Ski

This property was the perfect layout for our family. The guest cottage was perfect for my wife and I as our adult children enjoyed the main house. Well stocked to cook breakfast each morning and stay in some nights to cook. Shuttle service is great and we never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride. A couple of minor things were quickly resolved via fantastic communications with Duncan as well as the property manager. You won’t go wrong choosing this home for your Telluride adventure

My wife and I have been coming to Telluride for over 15 years and have fallen in love with the area. Our 2 children share the same interest and are frequent visitors. The skiing is top-notch and the summers are also incredible for fly fishing, hiking, biking and so much more. There is an abundance of things to do and we love the rugged beauty and laid back atmosphere of Telluride. Still working in Minnesota, we live vicariously through our renters until we can spend more time there in the future.

We were introduced to Mountain Village by having a time share participation at the Franz Klammer and shortly after purchased a fractional interest in a home off of Benchmark Drive near the ski runs. I have always wanted a place on a stream in the mountains with a quiet, private setting, and when we found this place our dreams came true.

Nestled in the trees at the end of a quiet road, Mountain Creek Lodge is surrounded by mountain views, a beautiful stream and tons of wildlife. We love the cozy rustic feel and the beautiful furnishings and fixtures that came with this wonderfully decorated home. The recently added (2017) guest house gives the home a lot more flexibility and a nice private area for additional guests.
