Idyllic, spacious and quietly situated finca with many terraces near ArtĂĄ
This beautiful, rural finca, with views of the castle of Capderpera, not far from the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, is situated on a 7100 mÂČ plot, only approx. 5 km from ArtĂĄ. The medieval pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador on the top of the hill of ArtĂĄ dominates the townscape and is visible from afar. On Tuesdays, the beautiful weekly market invites you to shop and stroll around. The historic old town of ArtĂĄ with its numerous shops, restaurants and bars invites you to go out, shop and stroll around. The well-stocked supermarkets and small shops in the town offer all the daily necessities. Gentle green hills characterise the typical Mediterranean coastal landscape of the east of Mallorca. The numerous small white and fine sandy beaches on the east coast, which slope gently into the sea, can be reached quickly by car. There is something for every taste here, from very lively with a good infrastructure to secluded little bays that are often deserted even in the high season. The is quietly situated and lies in the centre of the 3 beautiful golf courses of Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera.
Your holiday begins when the automatic gate of the 7,100 mÂČ plot opens and you drive along the small gravel path to the finca. The entire property is characterised by typical Mediterranean plants. You can explore and enjoy the Mallorcan countryside throughout the property, surrounded by numerous different palm trees, fig trees, almond trees, oleander bushes and much more. There are a total of 7 terrace areas around the entire house.
You can expect around 200 mÂČ of lovingly designed space on one level. Many small accessories, the light-coloured walls, the terracotta tiles and the tasteful furniture ensure a pleasant feeling of living in light-flooded rooms. All rooms are accessed centrally via the entrance and hallway area. In addition to the three bedrooms with double and single beds and fitted wardrobes, these include a bathroom with en-suite shower, a bathroom with en-suite bath, a guest WC and a spacious living/dining area with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and there is a washing machine with clothes horse and ironing board in the basement. The three bedrooms, designed as small suites (master suite with integrated bathroom and large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a suite with integrated shower room and large double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a further suite with separate WC and 2 (joinable) single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m), offer sufficient individual space and personal retreat options and each have their own terrace with direct access to the pool and the Mediterranean garden. The two bedrooms with double beds also have Smart TVs.
The spaciousness of the finca is perfect for anyone who wants to spend a harmonious holiday alone or with their children, with their parents or with friends. The 2 additional sun and shade terraces in the living/dining area with barbecue, electric grill, lockable patio cover and further terraces in the pool area offer plenty of space for socialising. The 8 x 4 metre pool with easy access via steps and outdoor shower invites you to take a refreshing dip. An automated pool control system ensures consistently good water quality. Depending on your preference, you can choose between sunny and shady spots on the many terrace areas and relax from the stresses of everyday life. In the hot season, the Persians protect all rooms from the sun's rays and still provide pleasant fresh air. The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning. The cosy open fireplace in the living/dining area and the oil central heating in all rooms ensure a comfortable atmosphere in the cooler seasons.
In addition to the beautiful town of ArtĂĄ, the well-known tourist resort of Cala Radjada is only approx. 5 km away and offers numerous shopping facilities (Lidl, Mercadona, MĂŒller) as well as a beautiful harbour and tourist centre with numerous bars, restaurants and cafes. There is a market in Cala Radjada on Saturdays. The tourist town of Canyamel is only about 3 km away and also offers many possibilities and direct access to the beach and the sea. The well-known restaurant Proxada de Sa Torre (famous for its delicious suckling pig) is only approx. 1.5 km away. The famous caves of ArtĂĄ are approx. 7 km away and are a popular excursion destination. The historic castle of Capdepera, which can be seen directly from the finca, is also only 6 km away. There is a market in Capdeapera on Wednesdays.
The access road via the dirt track is a little bumpy, but guarantees a little more peace and quiet. Wifi and German satellite TV are available free of charge. The entire house, the grounds and the pool are for your exclusive use. Baby cots can be provided and a baby high chair is available.
