Förbluffande vackra sex sovrum, innehåller 4. 5 badrum hem 3 huvudnivå master sviter och sängar för 16 personer. Hisnande utsikt över sjön och solnedgångar väntar dig från denna 4000 kvadratfot hem byggt och inrett för raffinerade men avslappnad livsstil. Den rymliga och privata viktigaste befälhavaren svit har ett välvt tak, sittgrupp och utsikt över sjön medan de andra två master sviter är också mycket rymliga och smakfullt inredda. Ytterligare två stora sovrum på lägre nivå med queen / kung sängar och ett delat badrum ger avslappnad avskildhet för fyra personer. En tredje nivå gavelförsedda sovrum ger avskildhet och en perfekt tillflyktsort med två och full sängar för ytterligare sex gäster.

Den stora öppna ytor vardagsrum / kök / matplats garanterar att du inte missar något av åtgärder och ger perfekt utsikt över stora nivå gräsyta, sjö och båt brygga. This house was great! Better than described. Beautiful spot on the water in a quiet cove. The hosts were very friendly and quick to answer questions. The check-in process was simple and easy. Highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The home itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The location on the lake was perfect - private, quiet, and tucked away from the busy boat traffic. One of the highlights for everyone was spending time on the dock - whether it was hanging out with morning coffee, swimming, or just soaking in the views, it was the spot we kept coming back to. Our group made great memories here and we’d happily return for another stay.

Great relaxing beautiful getaway!!

The house and the grounds and the lakefront, we’re so beautiful we enjoyed relaxing times on the porch and down at the waters edge. There was a beautiful white sand beach and also a nice dock to sit out on. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped with everything you would need we would definitely come back here again.

Amazing rental!

I rented this property for my husband and his friends for the weekend to celebrate his milestone birthday. Everybody said the place was amazing--the accommodations, amenities, wonderful outside area--everything! I asked my husband if there was anything the property didn't have or if there were any issues and he said "absolutely not, this place was one of the best rentals ever!" Thank you so much to the owners for their prompt responses, communication, and kindness!

Good but not Great

The house and lakeside location were fantastic. The only reason why we didn’t give 5 stars was because the fireplace didn’t work, we didn’t have access to the HOA boat ramp next door (had to drive 5 miles to Dukes Marina), and the office personnel w/ the Mgmt company wasn’t particularly pleasant. Also, checking out at 10 AM is less than ideal given the large family gathering, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We greatly appreciate the guest clarifying the situation during their stay and that they enjoyed the home and it's prime location. Sadly, the pilot light had not been turned on before their arrival, as this task is included in preparing the home. The HOA manages the boat ramp and is not a guest amenity, which is clearly stated. There is a closer boat ramp than Duke’s Creek only a few minutes away on the other side of the dam at Pleasant’s Landing Marina. Our apologies for the unpleasant conversation—this person is not affiliated with Vacasa. We understand 10am is a bit early when trying to pack up and leave at the end of a wonderful vacation. Currently, our check-out time is 11am. Thank you.

The gables

We had a wonderful week on the lake, celebrating my sons graduation !the kitchen had every gadget you would ever need plenty of extra blankets great variety of books to read.made use of the kayaks and kids did note of fishing. Only thing we should have been made aware of is that the renter has no control over the temperature of the house. It is preset to a certain temperature no matter what the temperature outside may be .the big dorm room over the garage is controlled by the same thermostat as the master bedroom on the main level of the house, it does have a ceiling fan and we brought a couple extra fans and were able to open the window thankfully it was still cool at night outside for us. Can’t imagine if the temperatures or 80s 90s mid summer how hot that room would be.

Thank you for your review. We're glad our home met your expectations, but we're sorry you had issues with the temperature. We have never had complaints about temperature in 10 years, and the group before you had the air conditioning set at 65 degrees! We have the Ecobee smart thermostats, and were able to review your temperature history. The data shows that you had the master bedroom A/C set at 75 your entire stary, and during your stay, the temperature in the master bedroom never exceeded 75 - so the A/C never came on. In the living room, upon your group's arrival, someone disabled the manual hold at 75, and enabled the schedule of 78 during the day and 82 at night. The living room temperature also never exceeded 75, and so the living room A/C unit never came on. For future guests, the temperature can be changed by simply tapping the number on the thermostat and selecting the + or - to select the desired temperature. Vents in each of the rooms can be adjusted to further refine desired temperatures in each space. If there are any issues or concerns - a simple phone call can solve the issue! Thank you!

Holiday stay

We did a family get together for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had plenty of household items. We were impressed with all the labels so you knew what was there/where to put it. It was nice weather so we enjoyed the beach area and the kayaks. The fire pit was nice. Good seating for the whole family throughout the house. Kids enjoyed the game system and the fooseball.

Perfect Lake Anna Vacation

This was our first time at Lake Anna. My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. This house is clean, has a great layout, and is fully equipped with everything you would need (especially the kitchen). The backyard is beautifully landscaped and having direct access to the private dock is great. The kids loved kayaking and swimming in the warm, calm water all week!

We had a great time at The Gables. The dock was a great place for fishing and swimming. The fire pit got used a few nights. The house was very well stocked with items we would need. Overall it was a wonderful time and we will look forward to returning.

Relaxing and Rejuvenating R&R retreat weekend!

This was our first staff weekend retreat and we had an amazing time. The house is perfectly situated on the lake it immaculately cared for and beautiful. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house. The house was welcoming and so nicely decorated. We enjoyed cooking, eating, and playing games. We particularly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the dock overlooking the lake every morning. We also had a private yoga class on the grass in front of the lake and felt rejuvenated being around the trees and water. There was even firewood for the fire pit! We had 8 adults and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Five of us had our own bedroom and 3 shared one room very comfortably. We will be back again. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!

Beautiful Gables

My family loved the Gables. An amazing secluded lot with great waterfront. We traveled to Lake Anna to celebrate my daughters wedding. The Gables was the perfect spot and we highly recommend!

This home has it all

The view is wonderful, area by the dock perfect for socializing, little ones going in water and enjoying the sandy beach...gazebo a nice private space...adults fishing off the dock...easy to tie up a rented boat. Beds very comfy (often an overlooked item at rental houses)-great kitchen and open to living area. We loved the pantry for storage of the ton of food we brought! the bedroom closets (two of them) were big enough for pack n plays for the little ones. Enjoyed pool table and foos ball as well. A wonderful comfortable place for all ages.

Outstanding set up for families with toddlers. The toddler beach was a huge hit. The waterfront firepit was primo. Great to have three master bedroom/bath combos.

Gables 2021

We enjoyed the house, the beach, kayaks, and swimming. It was great. The layout of the house allowed us to spread out and separate children when needed. Two recommendations: a koureg coffeemaker and more trash cans so vacationers don’t have to haul cars in their vehicles. Other than that the house is just perfect.

42 years of marriage and going strong! We both grew up in Michigan surrounded by water. This is where we met while both working at a military base. Don had just graduated from the USNA, Bitsy was a freshman attending a community college and working as a civil servant. We eventually found our way to Lake Anna in 1986 and built our first home here. Don worked at Lake Anna Nuclear Power Plant for a time. We have returned in 2013 after a 24 year absence. We have been blessed to be able to share our future retirement home with you and hope you find as much enjoyment with it as we have!

Family and friends are very important to us - it is our goal to provide a home where people feel comfortable and can truly relax. We continuously strive to improve our guests' experience to make the most memorable experience possible. We hope we have achieved a little bit of heaven for you.

What you will find especially appealing is the clear water and no wake zone, ensuring a calm environment for swimming without large wave action. This environment beckons families to spend all day on the beach or dock, or in the water. Swimmers will appreciate the ease of getting in and out of the lake, either from steps (not a ladder) in the deep water or gentle slope at the beach. The softly lit hardscaping is perfect for an evening of conversation under the stars and pergola, or around the fire pit. Our home has an open floor plan that fosters lots of laughter and conversation for everyone to hear. When you walk in the front door, you face the water view and it calls to you... Come on down! Sitting on the back porch with a cuppa coffee is one of the most relaxing experiences-early morning or at sunset.
