Excellent location! Close enough to walk to Broadway, but far enough to be a quiet night! Host met us at check in and was very helpful. Would definitely rebook when visiting again!

Upon arrival to rental we were met by member to give us codes, show where to park, and walk through of rental. It was clean, so spacious ,and more than what we thought. Parked in covered garage next to rental. Has everything you need to cook with, wash, towels,etc. Mr. Micheal is the host and was easy to reach if needed and wealth of information. Rental is within walking distance to everything. 2 blocks from Broadway. Definitely will stay here again. Never need to get in car.

Absolute Perfect Location

Nothing can beat the location of this property, super easy walk to everything. Stayed here for the 4th of July and this place had everything to make the trip super memorable.

Location and host can't be beat

Everything about this place was wonderful. Walking distance to all the best spots. The host is amazing, professional and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. I'd come again in a heartbeat!

Nashville Stay

VRBO was clean and located close to Broadway. The property manager was very knowledgeable and gave us great information and history of Nashville. Thanks for all your help during our 1st trip to Nashville Michael.

Best Vrbo ever.

This place was so clean and so beautiful. It had everything we needed to have a complete vacation. It’s literally right where the action and nightlife are. We will most definitely be going back at some point. Michael was super nice and so easy to work with. I wish I could give it ten stars!!!

Close to the action

Perfect spot and easy to get to drive or walk gopd parking spot lot's of steps for if you have bad knees thats the only thing. Beautiful apartment thought

Great Spot

Awesome property! Perfect location. Walk to everything. The place was great, roomy and clean. 2 bedrooms - 2 baths. If you could put a door on the bathroom in the master and a curtain on the tub/shower it would be much more comfortable.

Cute Loft

This is the perfect place to stay!! So cute and has all the amenities you need, and spacious. This is within walking distance to everything!! Also parking garage is in same building which is very convenient. Michael is property manager and is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return. Pizza shop outside parking garage is really good, and staff was friendly, and there also is a liquor store on corner. If you are looking to go and stay in Nashville don't pass this place up!!

Nashville fun

Location was great. Was inconvenient with two bedrooms up in the loft and only one bathroom in the one bedroom and had to walk all the way downstairs to the second bathroom shower and main bath was a little different it just had shower head hanging over the bathtub with no curtain or surround. The living room furniture definitely needs cleaned was very dirty, but was also white furniture. Photos were little misleading thought we’d have a view of the river, but only had a view of a dirty parking lot. Probably would not stay here again.

Great Access to Broadway

We enjoyed our stay here! Getting down to Broadway (and back home late at night after many beverages) was quick and easy. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. While there is not outside space, that's what the rooftops on Broadway are for. There are a lot of stairs in the building, which was not a problem for us, but might be for older people. The parking garage next door will not work if you drive your big truck! There was a lot out back which worked great (cost of that not included). The manager who checked us in (sorry, can't remember his name) was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd recommend.

Management was great. Lots of stairs with no elevator but its a loft so we should of thought about that. We had 5 people with us. Two per room and then the 5th person slept on a cot in the living room. Michael was very helpful in anything we needed. Maybe on the website you should say before booking that if you have a car it cost to park. We got the email 3 days before we arrived notifying so of this. You dont really need a car as you are 3 blocks from all the action.

Great for fit people

The property was well maintained, the water pressure was good and the air conditioner was cold. The ad does not mention that access is down a long hall leading to a very long and steep staircase that was okay for us but if we’d had any elderly or infirm with us they’d have had real difficulty with access. They are still dealing with reconstruction from the bombing which further limits access. If you’ve got luggage, eat your Wheaties for the hike and climb to get to the door. The foosball table was a fun touch. Also, there is a door and a sliding privacy screen now for the master that isn’t in the pictures.
