Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth time I've stayed in this room.I'm always satisfied. We were able to see the Hilton Hotel fireworks on Fridays from the lanai of our room, so we were able to see them twice this time.It's a shame that the parking lot attached to this room has a slightly low ceiling, but it wasn't a problem for us.The room furniture and beach goods are provided, so we had no trouble having fun.The location is in the center of Waikiki, so it's convenient for meals, the beach, and going out. There is also an Aloha Steakhouse on the first floor of the same building, which was delicious.I have just one request. I would be happy if you could provide the appropriate amount of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for the number of nights and the number of people staying.

Over Rated Hotel

Pictures were misleading, we got the penthouse and expected something really nice. It was old, needed an upgrade, window handles broken, air condition in bedroom never worked, washer in kitchen was stuck and could not open to remove our clothes, TV in bedroom was having problems, the manager was very cooperative and got us a refund percentage for all our trouble. The parking area was awful, very difficult to park with limited space.

Family Getaway

Very well-worn unit for a penthouse. Adequately spacious for 3 guests, any more people and it would feel cramped. Location was great for ease of walking but extremely noisy inside and out.

Great place to stay

Location is great. Close proximity to restaurants, beach, and shopping. Suite is a bit dated but comfortable. Property manager was easy to deal with and instructions were simple to follow.

Lovely view with lots of space and reasonably priced

Fantastic all around

This is a beautiful property in the heart of Waikiki, with gorgeous views, and quite the hospitable set up. Perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy meals together, walk anywhere in Waikiki, and feel comfortable during our stay.

Great location - short on amenities

This is a very spacious apartment in a clean quiet building. Best part is free parking and a really great steak house on the ground floor. Not a place for lounging at the pool or hanging around the resort, but a great location, close to the beach and shopping.

Great stay

Loved the accommodations. James and Byron were fantastic getting us checked in, and communication was great. The space was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing we wished for was a pitcher to mix sangria. Plenty of hot water for showers, a/c ran cold AND quietly, and the beach chairs and beach towels were a great plus. The views were great, and the location was perfect! So close to everything! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Sunset Views and space for our family

Great place. Penthouse location, facing sunset each evening, space for the four of us to stretch out and enjoy the views, weather and time together. The space was as advertised. We used the kitchen for three meals and found it was lacking dish towels and hot pads. We let the company know and the next day when we returned from our adventures...dish towels and hot pads were waiting at our door. Great service and location. We will rent from Captain Cook again.

Together yet not crowded

Parents can enjoy king size bed, bathroom and a separate entrance. Teen age boys can flop on Murphy bed and pull out couch in main room with dinner room, kitchen and bathroom.The separate entrance lets the teens have some freedom. Yes it’s noisy In Waikiki at times, but let’s focus on the beautiful sunset and the good things, like the washer and dryer set location in the kitchen and the fact that this unit is spacious. Not ideal for 2 couples because the other beds are ok and in the common area, the king size bed was fantastic.

The premises are nice, the condo is well equipped and has a good overview of Waikiki from a 23rd floor. The only con is the noise, Waikiki is a noisy place in the night and the insulation is not good.
