All good! Nice appartment!

Nice condo on waikiki with a big balcony overlooking the Hilton hotels skyline. 4 beach chairs and some boogie boards is available to use. We spend every breakfast here (4 persons) and some evenings. Not the newest appartment but the rooms were all ok! Close to the DeRusso beach but everything within waikiki is within walking distance. Easy to reach Paul for check in and parking for our rental car. Hassle free vacation in Honolulu. We used their recommended $35 airport shuffle service both ways also and it worked well!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is in a good location. It's 5 mins. walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The place is compact and just enough for 4 of us. The furniture, utensils and amenities are good. The view from the Lanai is good. The couch in the living room was stained and dirty. Parking was off-site but not too far. Overall it's a good place in a great location.

Wonderful location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Beautiful view from the patio. Plenty of room for a family of four people. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Location

The unit was 2 blocks from the beach and shopping. There are 3 fabulous restaurants steps away from the unit. I think this is the best price you'll find for a unit in this location (admittedly there is no pool and parking is off site - but thats reflected in the price). I didn't remember there are 2 decks! The deck off the main bedroom doesn't have much of a view - but the cross breeze is lovely.The 2nd bedroom is not quite a bedroom. It does not have a closet and it shares a wall with the living room. That wall is only 1/2way up and there are sliding windows that close the room completely off from the living room. This is a nice arrangement if you are traveling with children, but possibly not private enough for 2 couples.Although the parking is off site - it's very easy to get too - you can see it from the long deck. And I loved that it was an open lot instead of a garage.We also used the laundry on level 7. There is only one washing machine, but it wasn't in use when we needed it. I don't think the app for the laundry room works. Don't waste your time downloading - you can use your credit card directly in the machines instead.Paul from the property management company was terrific; very responsive and helpful.

Hawaii wedding trip

This place was the perfect distance to everything. We rented a vehicle so we could drive the island but walking from the unit is perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we come back. Also you get a parking pass for a parking lot like a block away was actually perfect as well.

Nice place in Waikiki

Matched the description. Beautiful place. Spacious and well done. Lanai was large and quite comfortable. Bedrooms were great. Mostly very clean (shower could have used more scrubbing in the grout areas). Paul and staff were responsive.

Location Location Location

Great for a family or 5 (Sleeps up to 6). Great location right in Waikiki Beach. The beach is literally a 4min walk and everything else is right outside your door including an ABC store (downstairs), shopping centre 5 mins away. Parking is the next street over (5min walk). The unit itself is nice and had what we needed. Needs a little TLC but met our needs (deadbolt doesn't work). Can be a little noisy at times but remember you are downtown. I would happily recommend this place to friends and family. Mahalo!

It’s in a great spot, walking distance to anything you need and has close parking, which is a plus. The balcony had a great view and was spacious! There was not an oven, which is shown in the listing but we didn’t see that, so we had to get a little creative with using the toaster oven for cooking meals. If cooking meals is part of your budget be aware of this. Laundry rooms were a great plus and easy to use. There were some maintenance things - some ripped curtains, broken beach umbrella, couch needing cleaning, etc - but overall a great rental and great location.

I liked the area the property was located in. All of my families needs were in close distance for either walking or driving. Communication upon arrival could have been a lot better and communication through our stay could have been a little better. But overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful and great location!

Wonderful unit, clean, comfortable, great view and the location was perfect for us not having a car. We were able to walk to all our meals and beach, easy catching the tourist bus. One of my favorite features was the sliding wall divider from second bedroom to living room. I was able to open up and be a part of the conversation and see the beautiful view outside. Loved it! . The management was excellent, answered and responded quickly when we called. Would definitely stay here again!
