Futon was taken out! No fooze ball for game! The two back bedrooms need hooks in wall or rack over the door for hanging clothes! Smallest bedroom needs a screen on window! Upstairs bedroom and bathroom doors could use some WD 40 on the hinges and some sanding on the bathroom door! Very noisy when sleeping! These are miner things but would have made it a bit nicer! Also the closets in the two front bedrooms need something for odor!

Very nice location at the end of the promenade. The house is spacious and has a nice kitchen. There were a lot of sand toys and a basketball net. Mirrors are rather low and there’s no AC as is typical for the PNW. We had a great stay.

Close to beach and a quiet location.Plenty of room to accommodate 2 families. We had more girls staying so ran out of toilet paper quickly, and had to run to store to buy amenities with other kitchen items. Overall, love the response from the owners, clean house, and beds were comfortable (plus). A strainer in the kitchen was missing to wash veggies and pasta.

Everything was as described in the messages from the host. I do think the Vrbo needs a little updating for this listing as far as grill and a few minor other things. The host contacted us about a potential tsunami and handled any questions we had immediately.

Beach vibes

Overall was amazing. I rated four stars only because wifi and tv were poor. I have a bunch of techies that like to wind down with their movie and just couldn’t figure out your system. Roku snd wifi wouldn’t talk to each other. As for me. I loved our stay. Perfect🥰

Bright and comfy beach house

We enjoyed our stay in particular the inviting and spacious living room with sun streaming in from the full wall of windows. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The door knobs could use replacing in the bedrooms and everything creaks but it didn’t diminish our good time.

Weekend Get Away

Property was in good shape and located within a quick walk to beach. Location was quiet. Loved the openness of the main room. Plenty of places for us to sit and relax.

Amenities listed not there

We found out the day before check in certain amenities such as basketball & bbq may not be available, which were not. The fireplace didnt work. The foosball table didnt work & took up a whole room where there was a pull out couch but no room to pull it out. The washer dial was broken. The huge dining table was nice but was placed in the small kitchen with no room to work around it. It would have been nice to have it by the big picture window where there was ample room. TV in bedroom didnt work. We had to load things on the main tv. There were movies but no way to play them.The location was nice but the house was creepy. The small view of the ocean was nice as well as the back deck. Location is why it got the stars that it did. Would not stay there again

Good location

Only a few houses off the beach so the location is great. Home is older and could be a lot cleaner. Kitchen isn’t very well equipped for much cooking.

Great Holiday Get Away

Our vacation rental at 242 12th Ave in Seaside, OR, was fantastic! The space was spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to various shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Family Event

Great place to stay for my family (5 adults + my teenage daughter). Plenty of space downstairs to relax and enjoy the company. Our host, Lisa, was very easy to communicate and went above and beyond what was required.

Amazing place

Beautiful house, great location, the hosts are amazing to work with and very helpful. I had a problem with the washer and called and she came right over to look at it. Clean house. Will definitely rent again when we come back!

Clean older home close to downtown and beach

Very clean older home. Walking distance to downtown and beach. Well maintained. If you plan on cooking for more than 2 need to bring your own serving utensils and serving bowls. Kitchen is very poorly stocked!!! Will stay there again

Large Family Getaway

We absolutely loved the location of this house. We took advantage of the location by walking to the beach and into town on the boardwalk multiple times a day. The home is full of character, which may or may not be appealing to you. It comes with the qwerks of an old home such a creaky floors and very thin walls. The door handles do need to be replaced, as many of the doors don’t shut properly. We had a family of 8 stay in this home. While everyone fit adequately, the set up was challenging for our group. The common area that shows a full sized futon in the photos is actually a pull out sofa. While it wasn’t the most comfortable place for my husband and I to sleep, because it is the only sleeping area downstairs it’s where we ended up. This way the kids could sleep in upstairs since we are the early risers of the family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the location. The basketball hoop was a big hit as well!

Family Vacay!!!

The house was perfect for us, clean with plenty of space. short walk to the beach. I left some beach toys for the next family to enjoy. We will be back .
