The modern interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle, while a washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee) are available for communal use in the building for your laundry. In addition to the functional facilities, the flat also offers a fascinating view over the village and the surrounding mountain landscape thanks to its top-floor location.

The outdoor area of the house impresses with plenty of car parking spaces in front of the door and a charging station for electric cars, which is available to our ecologically conscious guests. The garden, intended for communal use, also invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.
