Comfortable 2 story home with plenty space for everyone. Located on a quiet dead end street in one of the Suburbs of Rochester (Gates) which is mins from Downtown Rochester, airport and much more.

The Space:

This House has 5 bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. The first floor has 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with queen bed) and one full bath . The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. bedroom1 has 1 king bed and one twin bed trundle, bedroom 2 has 1 king bed and bedroom 3 has 5 twin beds distributed in 2 bunk beds and a trundle.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house except for two closets on the first floor and the garage that is used for storage.



The Neighborhood:

Gates NY is a quiet Suburb located Mins from downtown Rochester. The house is located on a residential street.



Getting Around:

Rochester is best enjoyed with a car. There is also Uber and Lyft in our area.

Location was very good. Quiet neighborhood on dead end street. Host was very responsive to questions and needs.

We travel often using vrbos. First the positives, the location was great for our needs, the host was responsive, and they had a nice fenced in yard. It did have some supplies but I’d be sure to bring your own toiletry items. The kids did like the game table downstairs and the hot tub. However, there are several opportunities for improvement. The description was a bit inaccurate as one of the bedrooms had 4 bunk beds and not a king. This did not matter to us but it could to others. It could have been cleaner, the sheets were a bit dirty, some dirty clothes left under the bed and drawers (not ours), bathroom drawers and fan were not fully cleaned either. There were several of the blinds were not working or broken. The dryer did not heat either.
