NymĂ„lad hösten 2017-Nya möbler, ombyggda badrum, nya terapeutiska extra djupa madrasser, nya AC, Wi-Fi redo och modern inredning - gör det hĂ€r tillsammans en utmĂ€rkt plats att koppla av i lyx. I gĂ€strummet har en drottning sĂ€ng med en extra futon att rymma upp till tre vuxna eller tvĂ„ vuxna och tvĂ„ smĂ„ barn. BefĂ€lhavaren har en king size-sĂ€ng och stĂ„tar med vacker utsikt över vattnet utan att lĂ€mna sĂ€ngen. Varje sovrum har ett komplett badrum och plattskĂ€rms-TV i överflöd inklusive 60 plasma-TV i vardagsrummet.
Den fullt utrustade Àter i köket ger gott om plats för 3 eller fler kockar eller gott om plats pÄ bÀnken för leverans frÄn nÄgon av de mÄnga stora lokala matstÀllen. Helt ny tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare gör det enkelt att packa lÀtt.

Wonderful stay!

Condo was amazing with plenty of room for four of us. Plenty of accommodations. Easy access to pool and beach. Check in was easy, we were given the codes with plenty of notice. Lots of things to do close by especially with their trolley system.

Great Spring Break

Beach Vacation!

The condo is large and comfortable. The balcony is great to sit and enjoy watching the pool or the ocean waves. It is located pretty close to restaurants and shopping. The only downside was not get the entry codes or parking pass but other people staying there helped us out. We would definitely stay again!

Condo was ok. The smell of the condo was very moldy. The stinch of the bird sanctuary next door was very nauseating. By the end of the trip the smell was wafting into the condo

Gorgeous view and great location on the beach

We’ve stayed in these condos before in a different unit and loved both of them. This one has a great view of the water as well as the pool area. It is very spacious and stocked with beach towels, sand and pool toys as well as beach chairs and even a pop up for hot, sunny days. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience at Indian Shores Condo

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Beach Cottage condo unit in Florida. Mercedes was very responsive and attentive to our needs and we were impressed by how promptly she addressed any concerns that arose. The unit itself was spacious and beautifully furnished with a stunning balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sunset. The ensuite bathroom had a large shower and excellent water pressure and we found the beds to be very comfortable. Additionally, the outdoor furniture, kitchen amenities and beach supplies provided added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Very comfortable stay at the condo. Great location easy access to the beach. Nice courtyard with pool and hot tub. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Nice accommodations, comfortable couch and bed. Overall great experience.

Great Location!

The only black mark was that we had serious trouble entering the property for the first day and a half due a malfunction in the coded system. I think maybe the battery was going low. However, the owner took care of it in a very prompt manner. That is the only thing that prevented this from being a five star

Wonderful!

I highly recommend this condo for a great beachside vacation. It was a well-equipped condo, very comfortable with plenty of seating and a balcony view of the pool and Gulf. We had plenty of time for relaxation and swimming. It was great! Mercedes is a wonderful host and very helpful with very quick response. Thank you, Mercedes!

Having owned property in other gulf side communities, we found this to be the best of everything we were looking for in a beach front condo.

Starting with the unique floor plan of over 1450 sq feet with so much natural light and gorgeous views of the pool, deck, beach and gulf, we knew we found the right place. Beautifully maintained property, family friendly, great restaurants close by, beach and gulf access literally feet away and guaranteed view of the sunset every night.
After searching for what seemed like forever, we walked in and went straight for the balcony - at that point we both knew without question -This is the PERFECT PLACE!
