Vackra stranden enhet! Endast en av sju enheter i denna Gulf Front paradis! Detta är ett fantastiskt läge för semester med familj och vänner. Mycket privat - ingen allmänhetens tillgång till stranden någonstans i närheten så den underbara vita sandstranden är ditt!

Komplexet byggdes 2000 och har en uppvärmd pool. Den villa har renoverats i 2007 med ny matta, måla, listen, linne, etc. . . Nya vardagsrum möbler och plysch dubbelsäng i sovrummet och plysch QUEEN BED + enkelsäng i 2 sovrum!

Njut av stranden shuffleboard domstol, tiki bar och tiki hydda tabeller vattnet med nya schäslonger vid poolen och på stranden. Enheten är bara några steg från många Intercoastal restauranger och den bästa frukosten på stranden! Poolside kylskåp för att hålla dina drycker kalla och nära!

Perfection

This place is perfect! Clean and well furnished, with a balcony that faces the sunsets over the gulf. The beach is beautiful white sand. There are nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Could not be happier with our stay.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location right on the beach with terrific views both up and down the beach. There are several restaurants and stores nearby within walking distance. The pool and patio are very nice with easy access using the spiral staircase to the ground level. The condo is clean, well stocked and plenty of room for a small family. We've stayed here several times and always look forward to our next stay.

Long weekend

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend get away. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The access and view of the beach was perfect. The sunsets were incredible. Lots of places nearby for food and entertainment. Thank you!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo with Amazing Sunsets

This is our third year staying at this property in Indian Rocks Beach. We love it here. Joy is a wonderful host. VERY responsive and easy to work with. The property is well taken care of and sits right on the gulf for perfect sunsets. There is plenty of space and everything you need is in the kitchen to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The kids had their own bathroom and bedroom with cable TV. The pool was warm in December and the tiki bar space was being rebuilt after the hurricane. Comfy patio furniture, white sand and perfect sunsets.

So Close to the Beach

I loved how big and clean it was and how close to the beach it was. Just a short beautiful walk to the beach and is not over crowded. We could not have been happier and the hist was awesome. It a fully stocked condo and has everything you need for a beach getaway.

IRB 2024

Joy was fantastic to deal with, especially considering Hurricane Debby and the impacts that it had on the area over the weekend prior to our arrival. The property was clean and spacious as well as having all of the amenities that we were looking for. We will definitely be staying at this property again when we come back to IRB!!!

Great vacation!!

Excellent location, check in, beach, let’s just say everything was great! Well stocked condo with everything we needed. Beds, pillows and sheets were so comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer!! Beautiful beach, great restaurants in walking distance. We will stay again in the future!

Bringing the whole family next time!

Everything exceeded our expectations! The location had so many places to walk to! This was our 2nd time in the area and this was by far a much better location! Bar/pub w great food directly across the street. CVS and ice cream within walking distance. The condo itself was beautiful and clean! We had a spiral staircase off our balcony directly to the pool and outside those gates...the beach!!!! You couldn't get closer if you tried. The pool was clean and nice and we used everyday after the ocean! The owner replied to every comment or question I had immediately. I may have waited 2 or 3 minutes one time and that was it. So I was confident that any questions I had, I could reach her instantly! The kitchen was well stocked w supplies. We didn't cook a ton, but had everything we needed. So needless to say, we are already planning our next trip back!!!!

Spectacular Ocean View

Walking out on the second floor balcony provides the most spectacular ocean views.Waking up in the morning with your cup of coffee and watching the dolphins swim by is a perfect way to start your day. The sunsets are even more remarkable. You are just few steps to the beach for a relaxing day. The condo is well appointed and was very clean. Property is well kept. Prime location promotes walkable distance to many restaurants and stores. If you are looking for all the above, I highly recommend this place. Tom & Lisa

Beautiful Piece of Paradise

Beautiful property inside and out! Fantastic location! Close to restaurants and small shops. The host provided everything you may need for a perfect vacation! She was also prompt in responding to any questions. The sunsets were absolutely the best part, whether enjoying them from the beautiful deck with a glass of wine or a blanket on the beach.

Great Location-Great Stay

We had a great time! This location is absolutely wonderful. It was so nice to be right on the beach and be able to go from beach to pool. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The location was also close to shops and restaurants. It was well stocked with the essentials. It was nice not to have to worry about purchasing everyday items. I did see the reviews on the noise but knew this likely wouldn’t be an issue for us. You can hear noise from the unit above and can clearly hear the tenants walking around. I knew this wouldn’t bother us but something to consider if you are sensitive to noise. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Fantastic Property and Owner

We spent a month at this beautiful property. I have to say the owner was wonderful to work with throughout our stay. Probably the only negative is that, like others have said, there is very little soundproofing between units. After a while we got used to it, but it could be a little annoying at times.

Perfect Everything

This is a great condo in a great location with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico which is steps away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and a CVS just down the street. The condo itself is very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Very comfortable and very enjoyable. We'll be returning for sure

Wonderful stay on the beach!

Wonderful condo directly on the beach. Space was plenty for our family of four. Kitchen was well stocked with all amenities, spices and dishes (except for a kettle). Host was very responsive to any and all inquiries prior to and during our stay. We will be back again to enjoy the view and relaxing!

What A Wonderful Oceanside Catch

Looking for an awesome place to stay literally steps from the sand and water? This is your place! Located near a variety of local attractions. Waking up to the look over the heated pool and beach every morning was just what we needed. Beds were comfy, water pressure was great, the house was clean. Stocked up on groceries and drinks at the store about two miles away and we never left this tropical paradise. Joy was a wonderful host and super responsive. Can't wait to go back in a few months and relax again!

Birthday Getaway

Great property with unforgettable location! Joy the owner was superb to work with. Online description accurate and all reviews helpful. Well appointed unit with everything you need. Excellent quality of simple things like bath and beach towels. Comfortable clean furniture. TV bigger and better than my own! Area we have visited before and is swell to be active or just relax. Relaxation on Indian Rocks Beach

We loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to many places to eat and also to mini golf at Smuggler’s Cove. This property had a lot of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. A huge plus is that the beds were comfortable and we could get an amazing night sleep! The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the outside sitting area with the table top area and chairs. We sat outside every morning and drank our coffee while watching the dolphins swim past. The property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would recommend.

Great location

The condo was as described. The view and location is outstanding. It wasn't the cleanest place that we've stayed but it was manageable. At check in the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, a pot in the cabinet was coated in food and there was laundry in the washer / dryer. It just seemed like the cleaning crew had an off day. The bathrooms need a re-fresh, otherwise the place is really nice.

Indian Rocks Beach is simply Paradise! We purchased this vacation rental because of the privacy of the beach in comparison to the other condos which are so much larger and more crowded. Our building has only 4 units and the nearest public access to a beach has only parking for 4 vehicles! Beautiful, serene beach and pool area makes this the perfect beach vacation!

Sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the serene Gulf Waters every morning is the ultimate relaxation! Walking distance to a few of the restaurants on the beach is also a plus including an outstanding Italian and a fun Seafood Restaurant all within walking distance!
