very quiet area, only 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Porec, close to the towns of Porec and Rovinj, the owners do not live in the building
The villa is arranged on two floors (ground floor and first floor). On the ground floor there is a big living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, laundry room and bedroom. The living room has two big sofas, two armchairs, fireplace, big TV and DVD, radio, computer table, bookcase. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, and a big dining room. From the living and dining room there is an exit to a large terrace (60 m), on which there is a table for eating and a sofa and outdoor armchairs. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a children's room with a bed 0,80x190cm, a cot and a large terrace with a sea view.
