This idyllically and quietly situated holiday house is on the edge of a forest in a holiday park in Frielendorf, Nordhessen. The holiday village is surrounded by beautiful nature and forests, which you can use and enjoy for a wide range of recreational activities. The detached single-family house was built in 1977 and last renovated in 2016.

Outside there is a garden for your own exclusive use, with a large terrace. The terrace newly laid out in 2016 provides everything you need for comfortable togetherness, such as a seating group and a charcoal grill. There is a shared parking area for a total of ten cars within 10 metres. Pets are allowed on request.

The house of around 75m² is spread over three floors and is ideally suited to a maximum of six people. The hallway provides access to the open living and dining room with a sofa suite, a coffee table, a flatscreen TV with Sky-TV (all packages), a stereo system with a USB port and bluetooth, a fireplace and an adjoining cosy dinign corner. A small stairway leads to a gallery with a built-in kitchen equipped with an oven, an electric stove, a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and another little sitting corner. Next to it there is the shower room with a shower, washbasin and toilet. On the same floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed 180cm wide, with direct access to a separate WC with a washbasin. Wooden stairs lead to the top floor with two further bedrooms, one with a double bed 180cm wide, the other with two single beds 90cm wide and its own washbasin. Both bedrooms open onto the balcony. The house has heating, two fans and children’s toys.

In the park nearby you can find a climbing park, a large indoor playing paradise, a wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, water slide, a miniature railway, an all-weather toboggan run, a small animal zoo, archery, a minigolf course, a skating and boccia alley, tennis and basketball courts and various adventure playgrounds. The nearest grocery shops is about 400 metres away, cafes and restaurants about 600 metres.

Since April 2020, free high-speed internet (50 Mbit/s) has been available through a newly installed landline connection (with WLAN via FritzBox).

A washing machine, dryer and laundry service are available nearby for a fee (ca. 300m).

The holiday home includes two adult bikes for free use. The house also has two children’s scooters and a children’s bicycle for use free of charge. The use of the bicycles and the scooters is at your own risk.
