Beautiful!

Lush back yard providing complete privacy - absolutely beautiful! Comfortable home, with kitchen space enough for vacation cooking. Walking distance to the beach, for sunset! Loved it!

Fabulous Property and Location

I wanted my three boys to experience the "Keys" vacation. I have been SCUBA diving down there for many years. Everyone thought this was the best family vacation we have had together. Can't say enough good things about the overall experience.

The house is in great location, close to beach and grocery stores. Outside area with pool, dock, cabana, hot tub and outdoor shower is very nice!

Thanksgiving Break

This is our 4th year staying in the Keys for Thanksgiving, we love everything about it! This house was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean! The tiki hut and grill were also wonderful to have. Thank you for allowing us to stay we loved it!

Already Booked Again

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I and our 2 Springer Spaniels. We loved it and booked for another visit before we left. The grill actually works, that’s a first! It’s clean, well appointed and just so relaxing.

Beautiful backyard and pool

We had a very pleasant time and loved the yard and pool area. It was very relaxing and loved sitting in upperdeck reading and lounging by the pool while kiddos swam. Definitely recommend, the house itself is cozy and had what we needed and beds were comfortable and everything was spotless when we arrived.

Awesome House!

Great location...... the pool, property, and dock are amazing. short walk to Sombrero Beach, everything is close, 45 mins to Key West. We will be back!

Beautiful and Relaxing

House is in a great location, close to beach and Publix. Pool area was so nice, surrounded by palms and lush foliage. My son and I saw a huge manatee surface right in front of us while looking at the canal. I would definitely stay again.

PERFECT place!

The biggest problem with our stay was that there were too many options for things to do and ways to relax! Property could not have been better…with the phrase “I could live here” said many times during the week. House and property were spotless (having been recently updated) and the tiki hut was awesome to visit under. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful house on the canal

The house was well maintained and spotless. Since we were part of a group we mainly just slept at the house. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located. I would rent it again next time we need an extra house.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great time and we’re able to bring our dogs and our boat. We enjoyed being able to boat with the family and grandkids during the day, take a dip in the pool and relax on the porch or tiki hut in the evening. We grilled fresh caught fish, listened to music and played family games over drinks after the kids went to bed. Everything was clean, nicely decorated and as advertised. We would come back for sure!

Awesome Property

We loved everything about this home! Everything was clean and exactly as mentioned in the listing. We had four teenagers with us and they loved everything about this place. In fact, I think they spent more time outside than in! We also loved the beach area just a short walk down the road. We made some great memories and hope to be back again!

We enjoyed every second of our stay.

The house was very clean and had everything you need including extra towels. The yard and pool area is absolutely breathtaking with well maintained palm trees and other tropical bushes. Questions to the owner were awnsered within minutes. We can’t think of anything negative- loved it! We would absolutely recommend this property!

Excellent Home!

Look no further you found the spot! There is an awesome dock with a fabulous pool. We lost a necklace in the pool and upon leaving they searched the pool for us and shipped it back to us. Never been more impressed with a host. Looking forward to going back!

Turkey Day Marathon

Easily one of the best properties I've had the pleasure of staying at and I've been booking through VRBO for many years and have stayed in several very nice homes. The property felt like a private resort and we barely felt the need to leave. The beach is close and is a nice sand beach with is rare in the keys. The neighborhood is very nice and the grocery store is right down the road. A friend joined us with her small dog and the fenced in yard was perfect. Will definitely return to this property.

The weather did not cooperate but the house made it pleasurable. The pool is a necessity during summer in Marathon. Our family got together on the upper deck every night and played cards-haven’t done that in years. Great family time facility.

Absolutely beautiful property

I actually stayed at a different house, the company upgraded me because there was an issue with original house. They offered two really nice options with the same amenities of the original house. The one I chose was beautiful,clean, quite and offered access to the ocean… everything was perfect! We are looking forward to next year and definitely using this company!

We stayed at another property

There was an issue which led to us not staying here. We stayed at another property. The team at Island Breeze Vacations were great. We have stayed at this property before and it is quite nice. Seconds from Sombero Beach. We stayed at a property on the Gulf side and rented a boat from Wheels2go. Ate at Sparkys, Stuffed Pig and No Name Pub. The house we did stay in was beautiful, quiet and had all the amenities. Planning our next trip, maybe during lobster season this time in the fall.

Unforgettable back yard 🌴

In the past couple of years, we've stayed in many houses, and I have to say, this one was truly impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house itself was charming and had everything we needed, but the backyard and the pool were absolutely unforgettable. We didn't even want to go anywhere else; we spent the entire day hanging out by the pool. The palm trees, the pool, the tiki gazebo, the water features – everything was simply perfect. This house stands out, and I don't think I want to stay anywhere else in this area. If you want to truly enjoy pool time, this backyard and pool won't disappoint. We had a heated pool, and even on cooler days, it was incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommend this property; the Island Breeze service was amazing and provided excellent service immediately.

this was a great rental tgat made for a relaxing vacation... our 1st as a family with our new baby. everything was well equipped and any issues we had were quickly resolved. one of the mattresses was broken and they were there the same day we reported it with a replacement we wouldn't lose any sleep. we had some hot tub questions as well and they had it up and running for us in no time. best service we've ever seen at one of theese rentals. beautiful property, great location. top marks all around!

Wonderful week in the Keys in this home!

This home is a little slice of heaven. The home is decorated beautifully and every thing is there for you to just relax and enjoy. Beach and bath towels, linens and every kitchen item you could possibly need. The home was very well kept, clean and exceeded our expectation in terms of size. Each room had a television which was great for the kids to go and relax in their own space at the end of the day. The pool temp was perfect for all day, and evening swimming and it is a 10 min walk to beautiful sombrero beach. We saw manatees in the canal, iguanas, geckos and pelicans almost daily. This house is in a great location to local shopping, the publix is 5 min away, as well as many kid friendly activities, such as the dolphin research center, turtle hospital and Aquarium encounters. We took an easy ride into Key West for the day and that was a blast too!
