The "Silvaner" flat in ĆwinoujĆcie is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a modern building that was completed in 2010 and is part of the "Platan Complex" complex. In the immediate vicinity of the "Platan Complex" there is a fitness studio, a Thai massage studio and a bicycle hire centre. There are shops such as Biedronka supermarket and LIDL nearby, as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants.
The flat is also just 700 metres from the German-Polish border crossing. The nearby UBB train station also makes it easy for you to travel to Germany.
It is a very spacious, fully equipped flat with large bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a total area of 56 m2 and a balcony where you can enjoy a delicious meal and warm sunshine at the same time.
