The first floor has a large open plan kitchen open to the living room from which you can enjoy views to the back garden. There is also a covered terrace ideal for dining. At the back of the garden there is a small solarium with all you need to enjoy the sun and the breathtaking views of the cliff "La Merica". The ground floor also has a bright bathroom with shower 140*80. On the upper floor of the house there is a bathroom, three bedrooms. The first bedroom with sea and garden view has a terrace.
