Underbar slutet enhet radhus som ligger 10 minuters promenad till stranden och bara några minuters promenad till den nya poolen, redone 2012. Den rymliga första våningen vardagsrummet har ett välvt tak, plattskärms-tv, vilstol och fridfull utsikt över Diamond Lake. Uteplatsen är omgiven av stora tallar som håller den skuggade och sval även i värmen på dagen. Den utomhus bord, stolar och grill erbjuder en bekväm miljö, särskilt i tidigt på morgonen eller i slutet av dagen. Det öppna köket har granit och rostfritt stål apparater och är fullt utrustad med extramaterial. Matsalen plats sex, ser ut över vattnet, och barstolar göra plats för ytterligare två. Den nedre sovrummet med en bifogad bad, vetter mot en liten innergård. Den nya 46 tums platt-tv ger njutning. Badrummet har blivit vackert kaklade och ger en lyxig upplevelse.

Den övre våningen öppnas till en söt loft med två sängar. Det finns en bifogad stort lagringsutrymme som rymmer en utdragbar loveseat, liksom de extra solstolar, badlakan och parasoll. Den övre våningen sovrummet med sin king size-säng, är rymliga och har utsikt över vattnet. Bifogade badet är också vackert kaklat och har en toskanska känsla. Det finns en stor walk in closet för ytterligare lagring.

Sammantaget är denna enhet välutrustade, rymliga, och har vacker utsikt över Diamond Lake. Ha det roligt att fiska i denna "fånga och släppa" sjön, som ligger bara några steg från uteplatsen.

Golf-Cart Gang 3.0

This is our third straight year to stay at this property. Obviously, we find the accommodations perfect for our group of six. The closeness to Baytowne Wharf and to the beach, and the convenience of the golf cart are big favorites with our family. Quiet surroundings are a plus.

Everything you’ll ever need

This villa had everything we could hope for and more. Loved the location and golf cart was so much fun. Many restaurants, stores and things to do within a quick golf cart ride. Beach was beautiful. We met birds, squirrels and deer right in our very own yard. We give this property a 10 out of 10!!!!

Great place and location

Great place! Very clean! This place was perfect for our stay. We love Sandestin! Sandestin has the beach, pools, shops, restaurants and ponds to fish all within a short golf cart ride away. The golf cart is a must when staying in Sandestin. The cart made it easy to access the beach, pool or Baytown shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning to stay in Sandestin.

Anniversary Getaway

We absolutely loved this property. It truly felt like a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake, convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants, very clean and safe home, and the golf cart was a huge bonus! My husband and I were able to completely relax during the time we were there. We will definitely look to rent this again.

Lovely Beach Vacation

Perfect location and great beach access, we loved the golf cart. This was the perfect arrangement for my family of 5 and mother (grandma). We enjoyed breakfast on the back patio every morning overlooking the lake. It is walking distance to the pool which was never busy and the perfect temperature. A very relaxing and quiet location within the Sandestin resort. Marilyn was very accommodating and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing getaway

This was just as described and more. Lots of room and our family enjoyed the golf cart. A bonus was sand toys, chairs and umbrella. Short drive to grocery store and quick walk to beach. Thankful for washer and dryer as well. Cute patio over looking the pond.

Spring Break 2024

This property is perfect for our purposes. As my son confirmed, “We like coming here because we know exactly what we are getting and everything fits well with our lifestyle.” Such a great location with an attentive host and sufficient amenities. We can move right in and relax. Have already booked for next year.

Golf cart only worked for 1 day

The golf cart was great for 1 day but then developed a very loud squeaking/popping on one of the wheels. We parked it for the rest of the trip to avoid any further damage and to keep from being stranded somewhere. The golfcart was the deciding factor for choosing this rental. The owner was notified but no partial reimbursement was offered. However, everything else about the rental was awesome. Had the golfcart worked for our entire stay, this would have been our best VRBO vacation ever.

Miramar Beach Vacation

Property is very clean and well maintained, talked to the owner several times during two month stay for minor issues, was always prompt to respond and caring about concerns. Enjoyed the use of golf cart tremendously, so fun to go to beach, grocery shopping, etc. All in all a great place to stay!

Beach vacay

A comfortable condo with lots of room. We enjoyed our visit and Marilyn was very helpful. There were a few things that needs attention in the condo. Needs a fresh coat of paint, the downstairs bath room especially. The walls are dirty, the paint is chipping off the baseboards, plus the vanity needs a good cleaning. The clothes dryer button is stripped and would not come on every time you used it. The outside patio door handle keeps coming off. You have to be careful pulling it open. All in all it’s a comfortable condo, great location and nice golf cart.

Beautiful, quiet location near the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. We fished right outside the back patio, walked to the pool, and used the golf cart to get to the beach and to other pools in just a matter of minutes. We cooked most of our meals in the large kitchen. The beds were cozy...overall all great place to stay in San Destin resort.

Wonderful Stay in Sandestin!

One of the most well appointed rentals we have ever stayed at. Full kitchen with everything you need for the week, washer/dryer, grill, fans, full closet full of beach items like chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Perfect location for a short golf cart ride to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the pool from the front door. Super quiet and low key neighborhood which was perfect for our family. Would highly recommend!

We are a family of three and it was our first time booking with Marilyn. Marilyn was very responsive to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We had a wonderful vacation. Loved the use of the 6-person golf cart; we moved our car one time to travel a distance beyond golf cart trails. The pool was lovely and offered plenty of lounge chairs and room to relax. Pool is close to the townhouse; townhouse is within easy walking distance of favorite breakfast and doughnut businesses. Our children loved riding their scooters on the sidewalks. And the view of the lake out the back was calming and quiet. The blue herons captured the children's attention every day. We have already booked for next year.

My husband and I are from the Conneaut Lake, Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania. We live on the lake and enjoy the water. It is a place where family and friends love to gather and have a good time. We wanted a place in Florida where we all can gather and enjoy the warmth, especially during the cooler months.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We traveled over a good part of Florida, looking for a place to enjoy during some of the cold, winter weather. We were visiting friends, and fell in love with Sandestin. It is a beautiful area and the beaches with the white sand and emerald water were just what we were looking for. There is a lot to do and our children and grandchildren (who love to fish) will never be bored.
Sandestin seems like the perfect place to enjoy the Florida coast.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We loved the views of Diamond Lake from the living room and dining area. The trees in the back make it feel so relaxing and peaceful. Our children and grandchildren love to fish, so the well stocked lake is perfect!
