Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars and beach! Great view of beach!

The property was very clean and spacious. The only complaint is the comfort of the queen size bed.

Great location and comfortable beds!

My husband and I along with our friends had a blast at this condo! It was in a perfect location near restaurants and nightlife. The views were spectacular and the place was tidy and clean. The beds were super comfy too and had the best sleep listening to the ocean. Will definitely be back!

Short getaway

Wonderful property and terrific location! Easy beach access, several good restaurants in walking distance (with 4 little kids in tow). Layout of the condo was great for our family. We are looking forward to going back!

Great stay

We loved the condo! It is large enough for 5 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for the amount of cooking we did. I loved the fact we could bring the dog too!

Great location!

We had so much fun staying here. The views are spectacular and the location is in the heart of IOP, with restaurants and nightlife within walking distance to the condo. We came for the Lowcountry Oyster Festival at Boone Hall but will definitely be back! The beds were really comfortable too. It was nice to have 2 designated parking spots, as well.

You can’t beat the incredible view and sounds of the beach/ocean in this lovely condo. Fully handicap accessible and dog friendly too. Highly recommend!

Great Location and Accomodations!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was super convenient and the condo was as advertised. After reading some reviews, I was a little worried about the noise from Cocunut Joes but it turned out to be a source of entertainment for us and really wasn't very loud, especially inside. The kids LOVED the pool. Would stay here again.

Another Great Stay!

This is our second time staying in this building, and Sharon with IOP Escapes makes it simple and easy! This particular condo was superb! Clean, comfortable, and a well-appointed kitchen made this a great stay. The ease with leaving the condo and being right on the beach in minutes is truly a selling point for me!

Sunrise Special

Location, location, location, what a vacation. Park your car and leave it for the week. Great spot with spectacular sunrises every morning over the Atlantic. Great beach to walk at all tides. Shops and restaurants a short walk away. We'll definitely return to this piece of paradise on the Isle of Palms. Thanks

Love hearing the ocean

This property is awesome. Great layout, clean and beautiful ocean views! Right in the heart of Isle of Palm! Easy walk to restaurants! Right on the beach!! Everything about it is great and would stay again! And able to work easily from here as well as have fun! Would highly recommend! Great for families and couples alike!!! My pups loved the ocean front balcony!

Our family has enjoyed the IOP area for the past several years and we chose this property to purchase last year based on the proximity to the ocean, restaurants, shops, etc. Our family enjoys being able to walk or bike to all local attractions and the endless access to the beach.

We love the stunning ocean views from the patio, the live music at Coconut Joe's just outside our condo in the Spring/Summer/Fall, and the convenience of this location to everything a vacationing family could want. We like to park our car and not need to drive anywhere for days at a time.
