PET-FRIENDLY, CLOSE TO BEACH

VERY COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS THREE BEDROOM UNIT. WE ENJOYED EATING BREAKFAST ON THE BALCONY AS WE OVERLOOKED THE BEACH AND OCEAN. NICE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM AREA.

Great Location

The condo is very centrally located and was a quick walk to the ocean and many bars and restaurants. The outdoor furniture and mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, but overall we enjoyed our stay. John was also very responsive when we had a few minor issues relating to sheets/beach towels missing.

Very nice and convenient

Easy access to beach and downtown. Condo was comfortable. We had issues with Wi-Fi and owner, John, responded quickly. Would recommend renting to friends and family.

Very nice spot on Folly Beach

Really enjoyed our (short) stay at this condo just off the beach. Great communication from owner. Gets right back to you through the app if there are any questions. It is a good size for a small family. Great view. Easy beach access. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants, coffee, etc. Would stay there again.

Wonderful location!! Communication from manager was great!!! Only negative was condo smelled like fish and chairs in family room were dirty. Other than that- it was wonderful!!

Dated condo with Great view

Location & View of ocean is fantastic. The property is perfectly located within walking distance to several restaurants. The condo is in dire need of maintenance & cleaning. Outdoor chairs were broken and living room chairs were so visibly dirty that we covered them with towels. This could be a fabulous beach rental with just a bit of attention.TThe property itself

Great little getaway

Could use a little updating or brightening on the inside but the place was clean and the location was perfect. Would recommend and hope to stay there again the next time we visit.

Loved the view- saw a great dolphin show one morning! Great location! The beach access was right across the street. Great walkability to restaurants, shops, coffee!

Awesome stay!

We had a great time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and taking short walks to the beach and into town. The condo was very nice. We had a great time!

The perfect weekend getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home as a brief respite during a larger trip up the East Coast. It is in an ideal location to walk to everything in the area as well as very comfortable and well-appointed. It was spacious for our group as well as being able to host another 4 guests for dinner one evening. Our Host was very responsive when we had a few questions about parking and lives locally which is another great benefit. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice get away on Folly Beach

Great location for both beach access (directly across the street) and the downtown strip on Center St. (2 blocks). The unit, while clean and comfortable, is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. Though nothing that would inconvenience a stay here. Overall, a solid option on Folly!

Thanksgiving on Folley

Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and beach access across the street. Great layout with 3 full baths and bedrooms, wonderful view of beach from covered porch. All the necessities were provided, along with thoughtfully placed umbrellas by the door. Looking forward to another visit!

Atlantic Hideout

The place was beautiful with an amazing ocean view. Location was great - easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Also, and easy drive into Charleston. Many of your needs are included. The place was clean, but felt the cleaning crew could put more effort into making the place sparkle.
