The modern villa Alt dâen Morro d'en for 8 people stands in the countryside between Muro and Santa Margarita. The house is located in a very quiet area and offers free views to the village of Santa Margarita. The villa stands on a hill, on a plot of 4000 m2 and has a surface of 255 m2 on 2 levels.
On the ground floor there is a semi-open kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all the necessary small appliances, it is integrated in the spacious, bright living area. From the living room is access directly to the terrace. Also on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite (with Jacuzzi), and as well a shower. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms with showers. The whole house has central air conditioning. Outside there is a lovely terrace with pool, integrated jacuzzi, children's pool and plenty of sunbeds. A barbecue is also available.
